I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received from the team at Mercedes Benz Littleton. Louie Quezada is a consummate professional & did a great job finding the right car for me. Tallen Richards was very helpful when I picked up my car. LeLen Lang came to my home for a technology appointment to acquaint me with the features of my car and to customize the functionality to suit my needs. He was very knowledgeable & thorough. Jason Thomas has provided excellent service on my previous Mercedes and was the major reason I chose to work with MB Littleton on the purchase of my 2024 GLB. The process of buying my certified pre-owned 2020 C300 was incredibly smooth. Since I reside over an hour away from the dealership, my salesman Mr. Mark Becker was extremely helpful. I wanted to purchase this vehicle under my business, which I had never done before. Luckily Mr. Becker was extremely knowledgable on the intricacies of that process, and I had most of the paperwork completed via email before making the trip to the dealership for the test drive. I would deffinately feel comfortable purchasing another vehicle from Mr. Becker and Mercedes-Benz of Littleton.

Fantastic Experience

I was in the market for a newer, more luxurious commuter sedan and was between Audi, BMW, and a Mercedes Benz. After shopping around and test driving a few makes we stumbled upon a MB at MB Littleton. We walked in after finding a model we liked and was greeted with warm welcomes, professionalism, and help from everybody. We were able to get connected immediately with a salesman who was able to show us the vehicle and let us take it for a spin. After our initial visit we were hooked and convinced this vehicle was for us. We informed the salesman we were ready to make a decision today and needed a bit of time to consider next steps. After a week of due diligence we went back to see and drive the vehicle again and made the decision to purchase and we couldn’t be happier with it. The vehicle was listed at a great price and our salesman and finance manager were as insightful as they were friendly. Very seldom did I feel pressure that you might commonly expect but being a bit inquisitive was very effective. I would definitely recommend this dealer if you’re in the market or just curious about what they have on their lot.

Without Louie Quezada this deal doesn't get done. Louie went out of his way to make sure the car was as advertised and performed all the additional enhancements that I wanted done. Buying this car sight unseen from 2000 miles away was only possible because of the trust I have in Louie. If you want to be 100% certain you are getting what you want...deal with Louie.

Made a point to find Cody Stover again after a great experience the first time (in 2019). He is great to work with. Experience overall (sales, test drive, financial) is great; super quick and seamless. Jeff in Finance experience is also great; like how they use the tablet to show warranty, maintenance, and other add-on options. I always do the pre-paid maintenance (a no-brainer). Overall, MB of Littleton takes great care of customers; would (and have) definitely recommend(ed) the dealership to others. :)

I'm very please with our salesman Joe Madesian and the knowledge he had on the two cars we tested. The purchase of the vehicle went smoothly. I'm not pleased that we can't get the vehicle in to have the body shield and window tint in for a month!

Graham is an amazing salesperson to work with. He found me the perfect car for our family. He is wonderful! I am still working with the dealership on a few things, which I anticipate will turn out fine, and we sat waiting for a long time for the paperwork to be processed. But other than that the transaction was great and, as I said, I would recommend Graham to anyone. If you go to Mercedes Benz of Littleton ask for him. Trust me!
