Christopher Capling listened to my problem and assured me that they would check it out thoroughly and it was under warranty. When I picked up the car Chris explained what had been done and advised me to return if I had any more problems. Very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy.

Great Service!

David always does a great job getting my husband in and out in a timely fashion. We never have any issues with the staff as well. Always a friendly and smiling face when we come in. I can't imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else!

Poor Customer Service

I had a pleasant car buying experience here, however, after less than 2 months of owning my 2015 Ford Escape, a high pitched and very annoying wind noise started from the passenger side of the windshield. After reading about others who have experienced this with Fords, I brought the car into the service department to be looked at. I was basically told that since they couldn't reproduce the sound (even though I brought in a video clip of the car making the sound), there was nothing they could do other than call the "Ford Hot Line". I've waited for over a month with no feedback. When I called back frustrated after listening to the sound for over 4 hours on a drive back from Illinois, David in the service department accused me of arguing with him and was very confrontational. I am the customer, I purchased a defective vehicle, and yet I am not allowed to voice my frustration without being accused of "arguing"? Very poor customer service in my opinion. I am taking my vehicle to another dealership to be looked at. Beware if you purchase a car here and need to bring it in for service.

Friendly and Helpful

I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the guys at the Quick Lane were. They had to order a battery for my car and when I went back the mechanic recognized me right away when I went back to have it installed. He took the car and had the work completed in just a few minutes. It took longer to finish the paperwork (not complaining). I would definitely take my car back there

Great service, timely manner

Very pleased with quality of service and the respect of employees, as well as cleanliness of the dealership. Paid a little more than I thought for the repairs, but very happy with the services. Thanks to all for getting my truck back to me so quickly!

Great Service

Jake at Quick Lane had been so helpful in keeping my car up to date. I feel that he really cares about his customers! His smile is the best in this crazy world. I have felt that customer service in a lot of places is a thing of the past but not at Brighton Ford! Josh one of the managers, the sales force, the people in service and the guy that does the detailing have been trained right or it is natural to them, that it is not an effort to be nice.

2006 F-250 Powerstroke Repairs

My 2006 F-250 Diesel would no longer run, so I droped off my pickup @ Brighton Ford on a weekend. The service department got to my truck right away on Monday and could have had it to me the same day if they didn't have to wait for parts the next day. The work was covered under warranty and they went out of their way to look for other issues while my truck still under the warranty. My contact in service was Jeff. I want to send a big thank you to Brighton ford and Jeff. My experience was excellent!
