Check motor noises

I took my 21 Silverado for noises at the motor when start and accelerate on the street, they didn't check out after I told them, they only did oil change, bad service for a first time costumer

not a positive experience

Second trip to the dealer only supposed to take 5 to 6 hours ended up going into the next day with no positive result the issue is still in a present in the car the part ordered was not updated and therefore wouldn't work have to wait for part to come in again. And the ordered parts were priced originally 40% higher than manufacturers price not a good business practice. They reduce the price once I told them what the retail prices of the parts were so beware.

Excellent customer service

Service Rep Alicia was outstanding. She was very helpful from the initial call when i needed to schedule the service to when i left the facility with a happy serviced car. She arranged the shuttle services, provided me with service updates and details of the service breakdown at the end. I am amazed by the quality of customer service of Keyes Chevrolet. Would definitely recommend this service dealer to everyone.

Great Service!

Came in for routine maintenance (oil change/tire rotation). During service write-up recall notice for passenger restraint system was discovered. All work was done in one visit. I had just returned from a hiking trip in Colorado and the truck was still muddy/dirty. I asked if I could pay for a car wash and was given that service free of charge!! I had received top quality service each time I brought my truck in for service when I lived in San Diego at Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. Being new to the Van Nuys area I looked up Chevy dealerships in the area and found KEYES Chevrolet. The service department at KEYES Chevrolet did not disappoint me. I received the same quality service I had come to expect. Thanks guys! I will continue to bring my truck to you for future service!!

Done But Dissatisfied

The Good: the car was repaired. The Bad: the cost to replace a easily accessible front A/C hose and recharge the system ($600- excessive), the lack of communication (were told we would be contacted about whether the compressor would need to be removed, thus affecting the cost- we were never contacted)

As long as Ray is there...you will have my business and constant referrals. I had such a bad experience prior and he made sure those mistakes did not happen when I brought my car in for the service that did not happen when I brought the car in previously. He kept in touch with me, updated me. I have changed my opinion about the service department because of him! He is service oriented !!!!

Over priced oil change

I had an appointment for an OIL change and told the person making the appointment I found the monthly special price for oil change and tire rotation on their website. I asked if I needed the coupon when I came in and she said I could just show my phone. The discount would not come up on my phone so I was charged full price for the service. Long story but I was disappointed they dealership would not stand behind their own monthly advertised specials. Also I found two hours + extensive for a oil change with an appointment. I was on time for my appointment and even early so it really took 2.5 hrs for a simple oil change. I found the dealership clean and offered a comfortable waiting area, wifi, drinks and snacks which were all very nice.
