Keys Chevrolet provided me with excellent customer service. The sells associate Sunshine was very pleasantly knowledgeable and helpful on the cars. She was very polite and I felt very little pressure. It was like she was looking out for my best interest.

Went to Keyes Chevy to buy a car. Was helped by Joshua Aylia. He provided me with excellent customer service. Was very knowledgeable on the cars and was very polite. My overall experience at the dealership was a very pleasant one. Definitely not like other horrible past experiences. Best part, I was able to leave with a new car with a great price and no hassle! Definitely recommend asking for Joshua if you find yourself at Keyes Chevy. Thanks Josh!

2016 Camaro

Flint Reisfelt was terrific ! I had spoken to several other sales people in the past both at Keyes and at Reydell. But, Flint took his time to explain everything and answer my questions. Plus, he did not have a foreign accent and he spoke in understandable sentences just like I would want to have for a salesperson. Best part was that he did not push anything at me or try to rush our conversation. He calmly explain the car and the buying process and waited for me to finally decide it was a good deal to accept. Nothing would have happened if it had not been for his ability to communicate in a professional way to me. A previous salesperson could not do the math properly but Flint was clear and concise and we reached an agreed value quite easily. Keyes needs more people like Flint.

Treated extremely well and fairly by the sales team. I had no problem getting a very fair price from Keyes. Other dealers seemed not to be on top of current offers from GM and dropped the ball. I highly recommend both sales and service to you.

Very helpful, and little pressure. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Unlike some experiences where the salesperson is somewhat of an adversary, Andrew seemed like he was on my team.

Looking for a car I went to Felix, Bunnin and finally Keyes. At Keyes, I worked with Chris Dempsey. Chris, I can honestly say, is by far the best Chevy sales rep I've met in Los Angeles. He was laid back, informative and very fair. It was really great working with him. I can see now why Keyes gets such high customer ratings. Thanks Chris.

I was called in saying that a production company is looking for a car with the exact make, model and color as my car (2013 Chevrolet Camaro LT Slate Gray). They offered a brand new 2015 model with the same credit terms as I had with my old car.

Before the call to your dealer dealership we visited 3: Ford, Hyundai and Subaru, thanks to your employees and we bought Trax LS. Everybody work professionally, quickly, staff is so good, especially Andrew, that we have not noticed how quickly the time has passed yet draw up documents. I had such a great experience at Keyes Chevorlet with Suhan Abdullah. He was very helpful and helped me get my lease down to a price I was most comfortable with. He has excellent customer service skills and I would highly recommend him to my peers. He also came to my house and picked me up to come in and make my purchase. Friendly staff and great service. Made a very great effort to get me the car I was looking for. So thankful for all the help and generosity. Given it was a hot day, they made sure we had water and always asked if we needed anything while we waited. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend Keyes Chevrolet to everyone.
