Efficient Service

I came over to get a check engine light fixed on my X3 Taylor helped me. The check-in , explanation and action on the car was quick and efficient. The work was completed on the same day I was given an X5 as a loaner vehicle and now I feel like I want to upgrade from my X3. 5 star experience overall.

BMW 328i service

Brought car in for a vibration issue. Service department was able to diagnose a bent rim and replaced it. Also fixed an oil leak that was covered by BMW while it was in the shop, overall very pleased with the results.

Excellent diagnostic work!

Took care of us even though we didn't need service

We went to Valencia BMW thinking we needed brake work after buying an X3 from another dealer. They explained all possible cost scenarios up front and our service concierge April took great care of us as and got us settled in with a warm tea when we declined her offer to shuttle us wherever we wanted to go. Their techs did a thorough job and discovered that we didn't actually need the brake work we were concerned about and sent us down the road feeling safe and taken care of. It's a nice feeling. And i recommend this dealer to others.

Taylor was the representative assisting me in repairing my rims, she was so sweet and very nice that she gave me a loaner til my actual car was finished. Took about 4 days but wasn’t too bad since I had a loaner, Taylor called me informing me that my car was ready for pickup and once I got there it took about less than 10 minutes to retrieve my vehicle. I came in on my lunch and I was out very quickly, nice and quick service overall!

Amazing Experience

I’ve been shopping and going for maintenance at this dealership for almost 10 years now. Every car I’ve purchased has been an BMW… NOT just because they have great cars, but because they have amazing service! From the buying process all the way to the routine maintenance, Valencia BMW has always gone above and beyond. Every time I bring my car in, I am quickly accommodated with a loaner vehicle and my car is in and out of the shop, usually same day. My service representative, Robert, is the nicest guy and always ensures that I have a great experience. For these reasons, I will always own a BMW.

Service - oil change

The customer service at this location is amazing. They always treat me really well. They are never pushy with additional services that they recommend for me. They offer complementary waters and coffee while I wait for my oil to be changed and even after this oil change, they noticed that my battery was low and they had to charge it in order for me to drive my vehicle home. My service advisor was very nice and realistic with the amount of time that it would take for my vehicle to have the oil changed done.

Lacking customer service

Scheduled to drop off car on Saturday for appointment on Monday, I explained to the person that made my appointment to drop off Saturday that I needed a loaner car because I live in San Bernardino, she told me that she does not know if they have one and that I would have to check with my service advisor when I dropped the car off. I drove to the dealership checked in with the cashier/ receptionist she informed me that my assigned service writer was Not working today and that they do not give loaners for early drop offs. The cashier was not very personable never smiled and had a touch of rudeness like I was interrupting her day. I had to reschedule my appointment for another day and chose to do the late after service hours drop off. This was my first time using the this very convenient service and was not aware of where the drop off box was? I entered the sales floor and the salesman was very nice and walked me outside and showed me where the drop box is located. I filled out the envelope and dropped off the fob. Received a call the next day with the diagnosis and cost of repairs. AWESOME I was called the next day the car was ready for pickup. I arrived at the dealership and asked the cashier about the charges on the invoice because the way the charges print out it prints the same charge 3 times, the same cashier called the service writer on speaker phone and explained that I had a question about the charges on the invoice and my service writer was put out because I asked about the charges and stated about what charges they are what they are I will be right up. (Christopher) Ontario BMW is closer to where I live and went there once after I moved and they did not have the wonderful services provided like Valencia (prepay and pick up after service hours) my regular service writer is Bill but he was off for a while. Valencia BMW always rocks! But my last visit was very poor and did not make me feel like I was valued as a customer.
