Super service!

We drove all the way from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico via the Grand Canyon & Yosemite in a Mexican CRV and wanted to get the car serviced before we continued on to Boston. Bobby and his team were tremendous! My car was serviced quickly and everyone was extremely helpful and informative. Thank you!

Great Staff

Good As Their Word

This was the first service our Fit has needed, partly to fix a door handle recall (which is emitting a black substance onto the doors - a side issue), so the entire service was free. The staff was helpful about when and wherre to pick up the car and good as their word re having the car reDY.

Great service, good people, convenient location & hours of operation

Bought my CRV here, great experience, did everything on-line, Jose, I believe was the internet rep. No hassle, no haggling (my husband hates haggling). Took my car here for my 2nd oil change because it was close to where I work and I could wait for it. This place opens at 7am! So convenient because I can still make it to work without taking any time off. On top of that, they give you a free car wash after each service performed (a bonus). When I take my car here, the reps that initially help you are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Waiting room has TV, free coffee, and a couple of private rooms with no doors if you want to stay away from the TV noise. The first time I took my car here, I was surprised to be treated nicely. It is a rarity nowadays. So when I took my car back the second time for routine maintenance, I received the same treatment. Too good to be true, right? Anyway, I always give my business to companies that treat me nice, with respect, be courteous. You don't have to butter me up, you don't have to make small talk with me, it's all in how you interact/talk with the people, not talking in a condescending manner. Love this place, I am selfish, I almost did not want to write a review because people might start flocking here and I might have a hard time getting an appt at 7am! I will continue to take my car here and will recommend to all my friends/acquaintances. Good Job VanNess SF Honda!

I've been a customer at SF Honda for many years now and I come back because my service has always been great and satisfactory and I trust the service dept. I recently moved to Santa Cruz and I will be using Ocean Honda in the future. Thank you SF Honda for all the great years of service!

Bobby Santos was a terrific Honda service consultant! After being a Honda customer at both the Van Ness and Marina Locations since 2007, Bobby was the first consultant I've worked with who prepared a personalized thank you cover letter and followed up via email. He was professional, enthusiastic, communicated clearly, and represented Honda very well. If you hire more consultants like Bobby, your service ratings at the Van Ness Honda branch are guaranteed to improve.

Honda Fit - Burr

Hi Chris, I am glad I drove up from Palo Alto to talk to you directly and then you, me and James all spoke together. It helped me understand the process of trying to find out whats going with that intermittent miss I experienced and feel more comfortable. James called me later that evening with some findings and the path forward. I agreed to all the recommendations and felt like I was in good hands. James said car should be ready the next day around 3-4. He called about lunchtime and said it was ready and applied the discount we spoke of. I thanked him for his excellent customer service and I was happy the issue would be resolved for my daughter driving home the next day! Great service!

I went to SF Honda for the first time to get my Acura RSX transmission repaired and oil and lube change. Tee Shurafa, the service advisor, was great. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He called when he said would and my car got fixed within the timeframe that was communicated to me when I dropped off my car. I definitely will bring my car back again to SF Honda (and ask for Tee since I had a great experience with him) and recommend to my friends and family to bring their Honda/Acura here to get fixed.

I've been an SF Honda customer since 1992. They just serviced my 2005 Accord for the passenger airbag recall. My adviser was very pleasant and totally organized. The work was completed on time as promised. And, the complimentary car wash is always a treat.

My SF Honda Review

I received a Honda San Francisco advertisement that included discount coupons. I called Honda asking if there would be time available for an oil change. It was a busy day; however, the representative checked with someone and said, "Yes, we can do the oil change." I brought my car in within 45 minutes. Greg was my representative and gave me a time frame for the service. I spent some time in the very nice "waiting room" which had coffee & tea available. Greg called to let me know that my car was ready. He went over all the things the serviceman discovered and explained each thing that needed to be done. I asked questions and he answered them for me. I decided it was too late to have any more work done; however, I told him that I would call and make another appointment. All of the services needed were printed on the Service Sheet along with the cost, so that I could plan ahead both time & finances. I was happy to see that the service person had washed my car. I left feeling good about the professional service I received, and I appreciated that I felt no pressure as to when I will call back for more service. I received a follow-up email inquiry from Greg asking if I was satisfied with the service, and I was happy to reply saying I would be calling for an appointment before the end of September since tho coupons expire on that date. :-)
