SHON PETEE PROVIDES HONEST AND ACCURATE VEHICLE SERVICE REPAIR

Shon Petee provides start-to-finish excellence in Hyundai vehicle service. He represents the Customer to his dealership when repair service/or complex vehicle repair or Customer needs are involved. I could ask Shon Petee any question and receive a timely honest and accurate answer. In my case, during my rear auxiliary hybrid battery replacement, my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited Model, produced a failed center dashboard condition. Replacement part had to be ordered with special speedometer labor needed to match exact mileage that existed on vehicle at time of service. Shon asked if I had purchased Hyundai Extended Warranty at time of original car purchase. I said no. Shon then asked if I was a Military Veteran or on Active Duty. I said I was a Military Veteran and was provided with a dealer discount on my bill. The Roseville Parts Dept had to order the new dashboard part and upon arrival at Roseville Hyundai, I was called immediately to setup an appointment the final swap of the new dashboard electronics. Shon Petee constantly communicates with his Customer and demonstrates how Customer Service should be done.!! Thanks so much!!

Worst service ever!

Service department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Can’t get a hold of my assigned Service rep. Left multiple voicemails (company and personal phones) and didn’t get a call back. Here’s the catch: “she” says she’s been calling and leaving me messages on my cell phone. When we get someone on the phone, we get conflicting informations: one says the car is ready and another says the car is “in progress “. Mind you these calls were on the same day. And by the way, the multiple calls that I made were during an almost one month wait without any calls from her as to the status of my car. I actually had a bad experience with this dealership in the past and shouldn’t have gone there again but this was closer when my car was towed. If I could give negative ratings, I would. I will never come back to this dealership again for service , ever. I will go to Folsom Hyundai instead.

Great service!!

Bringing your car in for service on a Saturday morning isn't quite at the top of peoples list but Roseville Hyundai made the experience quite pleasant. My service advisor Rachel was super kind and welcoming and friendly and my car is running great!! Highly recommend it

Four hour oil change

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Told it would take 1 3/4 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I was informed my car was put in wrong line and no work had yet begun. Finally done 1 hour after that. I have another Hyundai and following an oil change had a leak that required a second trip to the dealer. 0 for 2 on recent service.

Paul Will Take Care of Your Grills

I have been dealing with Hyundai Roseville since I bought my first car from them in 2013. Every time I take my car in for service. I leave happy and satisfied which is why I only take my car there. I am on my second Hyundai car and I am happy with the customer service I receive. Everyone is good but Paul always makes sure I am well informed about what is going on with my car. Thank you Paul. Plus the remodel of their customer service area is great.

Great service

I went in for just an oil change and tire rotation. They did a full inspection of my car and noticed some things I thought might need changed out. It was really nice that they fixed everything needed and walked me through what they were looking at during the inspection. They even catered to my requests and gave me all the options beforehand. It was a great service.

Great service

The car was a disaster and it took a long time to get the parts and complete the work. They gave me accurate and truthful estimates on cost and time. Communication was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and they have a nice waiting area. I will have my car serviced there again.

Avoid these guys

The used car I went to look at after seeing it on cars.com, turned out to have damage. I decided to leave after seeing it, but the sales person told me he could fix it or he would lower the price to make up for it. But he told me that I needed to go test drive it first. Then they took all of my personal info to test drive it. Including my phone and drivers license info. Took the drive and came back. Then back at the dealership waiting to hear all the money they would save me, I was instead given the run around. And in the end told me they can't lower the price (not 1 penny) but I could still buy it at the previous price. I said no thanks, and left. They called me the next day again with the same sales pitch, using my number they took from the test drive. Never again.

30,000 MILE MAINTENANCE

I leased an '07 Sonata from this dealership. I've had all of my routine maintenance done for this car at this location. I would advise anyone using this dealership to not use their generic service schedule for Sonata's. They were going to charge over $500 for their 30,000 mileage maintenance. This included items such as replacing spark plugs, replacing coolant and automatic transmission fluid, but does not include the gas tank air filter which is required to be replaced according to the owners manual. When I pointed this out to the service rep., he acted like he had never heard of these facts. Anyway, I got out of the dealership paying about $200 instead of $500, and I have protected myself by following the factory recommended maintenance schedule. In general, I don't think they are trying to be unfair, but their recommended maintenance is not accurate. They did give me two new sun visors for free, which is the only problem I've ever had with this car.

Fast and low pressure service

Bought 07 Santa Fe in Jan 07. Typical sales process (not very pleasant). Service, however, has been stellar. Great personnel, parts available. I had no difficulty getting a retro fix to dome light that seems to have been a hassle for many owners on forums. This dealer provides lifetime oil change. Even provided loaner for retro fix. Very fast service times gets me in and out very quickly. NO pressure for upsells or add ons.
