Car shopping with a newborn…sounds horrible, right?

Not with Duncan and the team Tuttle-Click Lincoln. The service and smiles we got from the moment we walked in was nothing short of amazing. They instantly made us feel like family and wanted to go above and beyond to communicate through 3 different trips to find the right car. I always felt that Duncan had our best interest in mind and he texted me the moment the car was delivered onto the lot. The buying experience was a breeze and gave us lots of laughs. We not only became a Lincoln owner that day, we became family. Not an ounce of buyers remorse here and can’t wait to tell others. Reza is my guy for honest and upfront service. I can’t say enough good things about Reza. He went out of his way to help me get my car. He came back after he was off of work to make sure the deal went through without a hitch. His manager, Calvin, also a genuine and honest man. What a surprise to find 2 people with great values which extend beyond their bottom line. They made sure I got a fair deal. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. Everyone there was so kind.

Car Shopping with Kids… sounds like a nightmare and often is. Not so with Tuttle-Click Lincoln Ford in Irvine, CA. From their dedicated child play room to the patient and kind staff, they make the process as easy as it can be with a 2 year old and a 4 month old. We spent three days for several hours each time, test driving, checking just about ever configuration of car seat installation, repeatedly loading in strollers, cribs, diaper bags and all manner of mommy gear. Our salesman, Reza, was so patient and easy to work with and never made us feel rushed or pressured. With concierge treatment at every point along the way, we are quite impressed with our Lincoln experience. We are proud to be the new owners of a beautiful 2022 Grand Touring Aviator.

I chose to purchase my 2019 Ford Fusion at the end of my lease. Nathan Hart assisted in the transaction, handling all the paperwork. Nathan did an excellent job. He was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone wanting to do business with Tuttle-Click. My only criticism of Tuttle-Click is that they attempt to charge outrageous prices for the Forde extended warranties. You can easily find the same Ford extended warranty on the internet or through other Ford dealers for much less than what Tuttle-Click attempts to charge.

Our first time at Tuttle Click Ford. Stopped by to check out a truck. My wife and I were greeted by Reza and he was an absolute pleasure. He is very knowledgeable on all vehicles, even if it was only on the lot a short time. There was never any pressure and when we came back the next day to purchase the truck, he already had an electrical issue taken care of that we came across the day before. Additionally he was very efficient to try and get us out of there as quick as possible. He really made the stressful experience drastically stress less. It was a pleasure to have met him. We are repeat Tuttle Click dealer group customers with previous purchases from the Mazda store in Irvine we knew at the Ford store we would have the same great service! From start to finish in all buying aspects our experience was nothing but excellent! Sandy our salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and welcoming. The Sales Manager Calvin was as wonderful help as well. When we arrived in finance we were helped by Mason who was more then wonderful as well!
