60k mile service

The service rep was cordial. The shuttle service was prompt. The service performed on the car was sub par. I had all the fluids replaced and now "washer fluid low" alarm is constantly on. The car was washed but there are scratches on both passenger side doors.

Terrible Service

We kept calling and calling to get an update on the vehicle after not hearing from them for a week. Nobody ever called back. We had a problem with a window that would not roll up. When we got the car back they had fixed the problem in the wrong window hence our problem still existed. I would not ever return to this dealer. In fairness I did tell them I was not in a hurry to have the car on the Saturday we dropped it off but I didn't expect to not hear from them in over a week and then get the run around when I called on four different occasions.

Paid a premium for Auto Butler only to have car returned in WORSE condition

When I retrieved my car from my latest Auto Butler application, I found a deep dent on my passenger door. Paid a premium for Auto Butler only to have car returned in WORSE condition than when I left it that morning. While they did have someone try to take out these dents, they did a terrible job. The dent is still visible from across the parking lot. I am so upset. I am worried that they have compromised the structural integrity of the car; even worse, I know they've greatly decreased its resale value. This is the very first new car I have ever bought, and now, whenever I look at it, I feel anger and disappointed when I used to experience so much joy.

Brought my La Crosse in with an engine light issue. The repair was costly. With the help of the manager and the representative, I was able to get few $$ discount. During the repair, I also received free car rental. People here are polite and have great customer service.

Fremont Pontiac GMC - A shady dealership!

I used to work at this dealership in the service department, and it is simply horrible! Regarding the courtesy car wash, your car will only be rinsed with water, no soap or anything at all. Porters/lot attendants are the ones that wash cars, drive them up, and park them, etc. Beware, I have witnessed them stealing change from countless cars since people normally place all their change in the smoking cup, or the slot near the cigarette outlet. They will also burn out in your cars, SUVs, and trucks! The service writers will try their best to rip you off, even to the extent of lying that there are problems with your car when there isn't to earn their monthly bonuses. I once saw one of the mechanics fighting with the service manager, Bon Gotuaco, who is a huge [violative content deleted] by the way, that he refused to fix a car because there were no problems with it, but Bon insisted that the car be "fixed" so that the service department could get money from the customer. The mechanic was suspended for not fixing the car, even though there were no problems with it. This place is horrible, steer clear! The employees here are very [violative content deleted]!
