Everyone at the service department was very helpful. I came in for a simple oil change and from the moment I walked in the door was treated like a valued customer and everyone was professional, unlike many other auto shops. The person who interacted with the most was John Shami. He not only did the required job, he went above and beyond in terms of recommending preventative measures and telling me what my car needed. Overall this was a wonderful experience. 10/10

The technician wasn't just helpful, but also very willing to help. My car was ready earlier than expected and the technician was very respectful, even though he was older than me. He didn't look down on me and made me feel like I can trust him. I didn't really have any questions to ask as he explained everything to me so well.
