Cadillac SRX service

It was a pleasure to deal with true experts. They found the source of the suspension "popping" noise (left lower front control arm bushing), replaced the defective part and returned the car to me the same day. My car is now like new. The Cadillac SRX has been the best car I have owned.

Exceptional Service

Car needed to be serviced while I was out of town and my wife's health prevented her from driving. Our salesperson came to our house, took the car to the dealership, got it serviced and then delivered it back to the house...with fresh cookies in the passenger seat to boot. Truly exceptional service!

Don't waste your money

I called to have a rear bushing replaced (which I had clearly seen when I had my car up on a rack). Parker wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew was wrong. I told them that was an idiot tax for folks who would pay that when I already knew what was wrong. I replaced the part myself & it did fix the issue. I'm sure they treat a lot of older folks "right" just because they don't know better or maybe have too much cents and not enough sense. Unless my life depended on it I would only use this [non-permissible content removed] at that point.
