We arrived at dealership and were driven to Kroger while our car was being fixed per recall. We were picked up again at Kroger along with our groceries which resulted in the driver putting our groceries in the shuttle and then loading them in our car. We were very pleased.

EVERY TIME I go there to have our truck serviced, I’ve got the BEST service by far!!!! EVERYONE there are super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. From the salespeople, to the parts department, from the service writers, and even the mechanics themselves are very helpful and friendly. I’ve NEVER had any issues or problems

I have a Ford escape and when I pulled in to get my old changed I told the service manager that I had another appointment at 9 o'clock and was wondering how long would it take to get my old changed he told me not very long and I was surprised within 45 minutes he had my car done and I got to my appointment on time I thought that was very excellent service.

I purchased my 2014 Super Crew 5.0L F150 about one year ago from Cavenaugh Ford in Jonesboro. TJ Dalton did a supper job of showing me several trucks. It has been a great truck to drive and performance is very good. I recently had one small item repaired by Cavenaugh. The service was fast and friendly, I am very pleased with the F150 and Cavenaugh Ford.

I had to have a tire replaced ,so I called ahead of time and when I got there I was GREETED nicely and taken right in. total wait time maybe 30-45 minutes. GREAT JOB GUYS. Thats why I have owned nothing but FORD since I left the military in '93. Again keep up the good work.

Mustang recall

2015 mustang. They done the recalls on the fuel tanks for me. Mr. Brown was very helpful and let me know of any delays they came across while fix my car. They also offers me a vehicle to drive. But I had an old pickup at home to drive I would recommend this dealer to everyone.
