onService was good however needed to keep vehicle two days. Requested Service Rep. to call me the first day to give update of status of vehicle. He did not call. The second day again no call. The third day I called Randall Ford to inquire when my vehicle would be ready and was told it was ready. The ticket had been closed out, the vehicle was ready Tuesday. Would appreciate better service from service rep. when it comes to status of vehicle. Also the mechanic who worked on my vehicle left the inside dirty. Did not put a protective plastic cover over the drivers seat and I had too clean the dirt left - from the seat as well as the floor board. He also took my vehicle to McDonalds and had a Big Mac. He left his wrapper in my vehicle. I do not appreciate anyone eating in my vehicle and a service mechanic leaving the seat dirtier than when it arrived.

onI took my truck in to have them see why it was not always starting. I left it with them for 3 days and they could not find anything wrong. I had to have my truck back since they kept say there is nothing wrong. When it went in I also ask them to change out my wiper blades since they had it. When I got it I still had the old blades on. The computer went down but I believe wiper blades could have still been done. The guy who was the. Service wrighter was not the most plasent man I have meet. The problems happen again so I called my friend that sellers cars and went home I a used f150 from someone else that told me if something goes wrong. He will send me home in one of his trucks so I am not truckless. That is a win in my book.

onWe brought our 2003 Heritage Edition Ford F150 to Randall Ford in Fort Smith, Arkansas to have a spare key made. Since our truck requires special keys we were very pleased with the service, and friendliness of the staff in the service department. They were quick and efficient meeting our need. We'll gladly come back for service and Ford parts if needed in the future.

Shocking news that my cab wil have to be removed to replace a fuel pump.

onService on a 2008 F-250. Gave me the bad news that the cab on my truck will have to be pulled to replace a fuel pump. Not your fault. I hope the engineer who designed my truck has been forced to drive one and pay his own repair bills. I have no complaints with Randall Ford, just Ford engineering.
