After calling multiple dealerships to have my car fixed, I brought it to Coulter. I met with Johnnie the service writer and he was so kind informative and knowledgeable. He felt me comfortable right off the bat. The two other dealerships failed to tell me that I had extended warranty left on my vehicle which saved me $1400 in service charges. I will not bring any of my GMC’s any place other than Coulter.

They had my car a week did not offer a loaner. Gave me back my car, tires were low after I told them to check them. Check engine light went on when I got home. Brought it back, gave me a rental for 1 day??? Picked up my car and it was dirty. Not happy with the service.

When I arrived, no vehicles were in line, yet I had to wait 10 minutes until an employee walked past asked If had been helped. He advised the service technicians I needed help, I waited another 5 minutes.

I wonder

During a routine oil change, I was told I needed all my coolant flushed out since the car was 3 years old but with only 36,000 miles. This would cost close to $200 but it was necessary. I wonder did I need it and I wonder if such a thing should cost almost $200.

A BIG Thank You to Angie!! She exceeded my expectations again, having my car ready as I was running on a tight schedule, the courtesy shuttle I requested on time both dropping me off and picking me up. I had a maintenance service and a touch up on a "blemish" fixed that my wife carefully installed, that repair was fantastic! Thank you all for another great experiance Dan
