Towards the end of the pandemic, I had purchased a used Ford F150, which was--like all vehicles in those times--difficult to come by. At the time, I had mentioned that I had really wanted an all electric vehicle and the new Lightnings sounded exciting. Flash forward: a year later, I received a phone call from the dealership (Nate & Nathan, specifically) actually REMEMBERING my interested in the Ford Lightning. They let me know that, were I still interested, they could help me order one! Between the time of ordering and actual delivery, the price of the Lightning dropped, and the dealership made sure that I got the better price. 6 months later, I have the COOLEST vehicle and am grateful for Babbit Ford's (Nate and Nathan's) help in getting it!

We traveled from Colorado to Arizona to purchase a used Bronco badlands Sasquatch . Nate and Mike were amazing they went above and beyond for us prior to our arrival for the test drive and even afterwards. Great sales Job. Questionable quality

My wife and I drove from Phoenix to Flagstaff on a Saturday to help my step son who is graduation NAU by a car. We received fabulous customer service and the staff of the dealership stayed late into the night, after closing hours to help us close the deal on a 2012 Hyundai. However, once the car was sold, almost immediately, problems have reared their head. The car's biggest problem is that it doesn't start regularly. The car needed to be jumped on the lot (that should have been our red flag). And needed to be jumped again before leaving the lot at the end of the night. We were ONLY given a jumper box to keep over the weekend until the car could be looked at on Monday. Of course on Monday, things were deemed "normal" and nothing was done. Last night at 10pm my stepsons car wouldn't turn over AGAIN. WE had to renew our AAA to have them come and jump the car AGAIN!!! We have six days before we are able to return the car for a full refund and my wife and I are seriously considering making our stepson return the car and continue our search for a more reliable vehicle. Lauri and I are disappointed at how the dealership seems to be balking at adequately and properly fixing the problem instead of trying to find the cheapest solution. We suspect that it is merely a battery issue (roughly $150 fix) however, IF the car needs rewiring or electrical fixes I expect that to be done cost free to bring the car up to appropriate working standards.

No pressure sales

We were looking for an F-150 with some very specific features. While there was nothing on the lot that met our parameters, our salesman found what we wanted out of state and did not pressure us at all to accept less, or more, than we were looking for. No pressure car sales, what a concept! This was the most relaxed vehicle purchase I have ever made, Nick was the best!

Fritz, my sales rep, was very professional and exetremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in checking out. Best of all he was not "pushy" nor did he call me 20 times after the first contact. Fritz scores an A with me (and I grade hard!) Wayne,handled the financial end of my purchase and I must say he was most excellent - he answered every one of my questions and was so kind! Babbitt Ford has been our family go to auto dealer for many years.

It handles great, even in wet weather, and all of the additional features have been wonderful and work flawlessly. We were happy with our experience. One error which came up was that we had declined the window etching security option, but found it had already been applied when we received our truck. We would definitely recommend Babbitt Ford in the future.
