Ford Maverick Hybrid

It took a while to obtain the new vehicle but the staff at Long Lewis Ford were professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new car or truck.

Awesome Experience

In nearly 50 years of purchasing new vehicles this was my best experience! My wife and I worked with Ellijah and we were delighted with his knowledge, integrity, honesty and experience. He worked diligently to find us rebates and discounts in purchasing our new 2023 Ford F-150. From the sales manager to the finance and warranty manager, everyone was outstanding. Additionally, when Long-Lewis states no hidden fees they mean it! We paid sales tax and a $16.50 title fee. This saved us over $800.00 in fees when compared to what another dealer was going to charge us ($699.00 doc fee, $100.00 title fee, and a $80.00 electronic fee…whatever that is). I would highly recommend Long-Lewis Automotive Group in Hoover to anyone! We drove 2 hours to get there; take the trip, it will be worth your time.

The pricing got me to the dealership, the southern hospitality of the Sales Person “Skeet” got me driving out with a new set of keys, the relationship over the years with Long Lewis got me writing this review…. Fine Ride

This company made purchasing a new car easy plus handling a trade in. The sales team (Mr. Paul Mayes)was terrific and caring. He definitely made a difference in his whole perspective of making sure I knew what was happening and how all things came together. Mr. Farnham handled the purchase process and made it super easy and seamless. I bought a Lincoln Corsair 2923- it is dreamy and I sm really enjoying how it handles. This is a good company to do business with. They will treat you right!!

Bryan helped me build and purchase my dream car, a 2023 Mustang GT Fastback in Mischievous Purple in February of 2023. Best in the Southeast!

I spent 3 months shopping for a new vehicle. I searched all over the country and dealt with many different sales staff in that search. What I found was disappointing, the dishonest fees and double talk that are standard practice at so many dealerships now is disheartening. Fees for nitrogen in tires and Doc fees reaching close to $1000 at some dealerships is shocking. When I spoke with the salesman at Long-Lewis, Eric Washington, it was like a breath of fresh air. The honesty and professionalism were refreshing. They were selling their vehicles at a competitive price without any scams or dishonest double talk. I drove 3 hrs from Chattanooga, TN to purchase my new truck and when the time comes again, I will be back. I am a loyal customer of Long-Lewis in Hoover, AL going forward.

New Lincoln MKC

We had purchased a Lincoln MKX several years ago from Long Lewis Ford and we’re very pleased with it. However, we were looking for a newer vehicle with a little better gas mileage. Tim Graham had helped us earlier so we contacted him and, as before, he proved to be most knowledgeable and helpful. The Lincoln styles and sizes had changed and he helped us wade through all the variations. Once we narrowed down what we wanted, he found the perfect choice for us. And this was during a time when used vehicles were hard to find! And even though it was used, Long Lewis did a fantastic job of “cleaning” it up so it looked new! Thanks so much Tim.

Rena has a beautiful light. For her to be my sales associate is what others will dream of. She is very knowledgeable, in such a short period of employment, and customers can be intimidating. GMC (Got My Car {its really a truck})

1.14.2021 Hubby found nice GMC Sierra Z71 online. Salesman Les Cunningham reached out to me via text. Met with him on Saturday (hubby had to work). While I test drove, they appraised his vehicle (fairly I might add). I was allowed to drive the truck home for the hubby to look over and drive. Took the truck to Pep Boys for inspection on Sunday. I returned the vehicle on Monday. Long Lewis put the truck on hold for $300. We met on Tuesday evening to close the transaction, which took 45 minutes. It probably would have taken less time if I wasn’t so thorough and I had questions. However, the finance guy was patient. Everyone was courteous. There was NO back and forth. This was a great car buying experience. In the end we got a good deal on a nice truck. Go see Les Cunningham and tell him my review is what brought you there😉

My Navigator Reserve L

When I was shopping for a Lincoln Navigator I had no clue that Long-Lewis Ford of Hoover had a facility as wonderful as they do. I was immediately greeted by RJ Reynolds. He is not your typical car salesman. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, show us features on the vehicle and did NOT high pressure sell us. The entire staff that we dealt with were very professional and made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely highly recommend Long-Lewis Ford of Hoover to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. We have also been contacted by the salesman, sales manager and a couple of others from the dealership to make sure we were enjoying our new purchase.

2022 F250

After my experience with Long-Lewis Ford I know, I don’t have to go anywhere else to find an honest dealership with a fair price; and as a 30-year Navy veteran I respect that! I have been buying trucks outside of my local area for years now as the local dealer’s continually price gouge, so it’s been worth the 300–500-mile drive for the savings. Earlier this year while looking for a truck online I was contacted by Daniel Willis my Long-Lewis sales rep, he informed me that the new 2022 F250 line was taking orders and starting production in a month. Daniel helped me through the ordering process and worked with management on getting me a great price well below MSRP! The entire process from order to receipt took about six months and Daniel was with me the entire ride, his communication and service throughout were outstanding! I just picked up my new loaded out F250, well worth the wait! And get this, on the day I arrived to pick up my new truck Daniel gave me an additional 500 dollars than quoted for my trade because of the great shape it was in; I just can’t say enough about the professionalism of the Long-Lewis Team. I’ve finally found a dealer I can trust and will most definitely be purchasing all my new Fords from Long-Lewis in the future!

Great salesman

We were treated very kind & not pressured at all! We had been looking for a few months & waiting to decide on a particular color! We had purchased a 2014 MKS In 6-2014 & really debated a SUV then but we kept the MKS that we purchased from y'all until we were getting our oil chg & decided to walk over & look . Our salesman was Bradley Wilson & he treated us very kind! To make a long start shorter we looked & Brad figured for us in June & we didn't go back to purchase until 8-16-2016..we purchased a 2016 MKX & we are really enjoying it! Thank you so much Brad for helping us with the off white color & the right shade of brown interior. So far we are loving it! Thanks for being a great salesman & not trying to pressure us! Hunter also helped us with our phones & the interior things we had questions about. Great job on her part too.

Awesome service!

Well, where to start lol. I originally went there to look at buying a mustang because I was tired of driving my Genesis coupe that I had purchased 10 months previous. I went in, spoke with the gentlemen there and to my shock I wasn't bowled over with 5 different salesmen trying to get me to buy from each of them. I went and looked at the Mustangs and sat down to do the price, now bear in mind I was still making payments on the Genesis coupe and it had a lot of negative equity in it so I already knew it was going to be difficult. He looked at my situation and informed me that the new mustang may not be the best route to go. So I looked at the used inventory and found a 2014 focus st, it was canary yellow (not my favorite color but it had some get up and go to it). He informed me that my insurance rate would go down (no big shocker there) went in to buy the st and found out that it was a wholesale vehicle and would only be covered by the factory warranty and that they could get me into a brand new focus st1. It didn't have all the bells and whistles that I liked but it was nice and drive and handled just like the 2014 and my payments were going to be less and I would be able to get their enhanced service package on it (if you buy from here I strongly suggest you get it, my wife has it as well and it's a good thing to have, trust me on this) so we got the paperwork drawn up and they showed me how to get everything set up and I was on my way. Now with the car... I've had it for about a week now and all I can keep saying is, WOW! This little car has some zip to it! I have the 2016 focus st and this thing has very tight handling, zero play in the steering, the front brakes are big and beefy (perfect when having to come to an abrupt stop on the interstate) the rear hatch is nice, I'm really loving the backup camera, the ecoboost engine, even though it's a 4 cylinder it will put you back in the seat and boy it's neat to hear that turbo spool up when you have the windows down. So if you're a dad like me that likes sporty cars but at the same time need a car to haul the kids around in, this is definitely the car for you. As far as the buying experience goes, these guys greet you with a smile and actually get to know you, they don't try to pressure you into buying one specific model or try to cram you into another car. They treat you like family when you walk in there. Now I've dealt with a dealership or two where they try to just cram you into any car they come across no matter what you're selection originally was and pressure the living daylights out of you to get in it. My sales team was very helpful in guiding me, not pressuring me towards a car that fit my lifestyle versus what I wanted. Sure they could've sold me the 33 thousand dollar mustang and sent me on my way, sure they could've sold me that 2014 wholesale and said "have fun", no they sat down with me and pointed out the pros and cons on everything concerning the purchase of each selection. Now I've been driving Hyundai cars since 2006, so when I finally got my approval for the car and the paperwork was finished I recieved several handshakes and hugs and was constantly told "welcome to the ford family". Y'all, these people took a massive amount of time out of their day to go over and explain everything to me and to find a car that fit my lifestyle and after it was all said and done was welcomed the way that I was... These people will continue to see plenty of me and if I have my way about it, I'll be bringing them barbecue next time I go there and they're going on my Christmas card list. If you go anywhere else to buy a ford then you've just lost your marbles because these people are as good as they get. I will most definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

Great experience and peace of mind

My sales person (Bradley Wilson) was excellent. I've purchased 5 or 6 vehicles over the last 20+ years, and Bradley has always listened to my requirements, been pleasant to work with, and never wasted my time or tried to sell me on vehicles I was not interested in. Your service managers (Scott & Rick) are professionals. They have never pushed services that were not needed, and if on occasions when situations required a judgement call on their part, I always felt they tried their best to do the right thing and treated me with fairness. Keep up the good work!

Great Salesman!

I can't say enough about the team effort to make my purchase of my new truck go as smooth as possible. I am especially grateful for Darryl Delbridge! Darryl was amazingly professional and always friendly through the entire process. Including following up with me after the initial transaction was completed and helping me with other needs. That dude is a gifted people person and enjoys what he does! The only small issue was the pick up & delivery guy that went to pick up the truck, a 1- 3hr trip transaction was somehow extended to almost 8 hours! (Caused for a small amount of frustration & inconvenience, to say the least). Outside of that, all was well!
