Best dealership in FRESNO !

Everyone there is such a sweetheart and really nice . I had spoke to Christina about trading in my old car for a bigger car and luckily they had one that fit me ( also my dream car )she referred me to Phil who also helped me was so nice ! Made the process easy and super fast . When you go to this dealership ask for PHIL you’ll be in great hands !

Zero follow-up!!’n

Worst service department I’ve ever encountered!!! Absolutely no follow up. Promises to call and weeks later, haven’t heard from them. Issue still not fixed and it’s been months dealing with them.

Timely visit.

I heard a strange noise coming from the engine compartment, I went the dealership for advice, knowing they have had an interruption of time due to a fire. Sservice advisor Oscar, was very honest about the time for an appointment and got we in as soon as possible, and advised me it would be several weeks and I should not drive the vehicle until it could get checked out. He was very right, water pump,idler pulley and belt. Oscor, thank you for your honest evaluation and advice. The service department has been fantastic for taking care of my vehicle.

Easy and painless at the Fresno Service Center

I used to go to the Clovis service center and that place was a nightmare, but this review is not about them. Now I go to Fresno Service Center and I always deal with Randy Giese. He is friendly, knowledgeable, he stays in contact with me and he keeps me up to date. Simple customer service that other service Centers lack.

warranty/recall work, no cost. yay. except for the complete disregard for my schedule and inconvenience. had to bring my van in twice for the same issue. first time, took them the entire day- and my calling them at about 4pm for them to tell me they were just getting to work on it- then they didn't have the part and we'd have to pick it up and bring it back. when will it be in? not sure. when they get it. about 3 weeks later we go back for the work. on both occasions, i had an early a.m. appt, both booked 2 weeks in advance - and both times it was after 4pm before word one and the tech "was just getting to work on it." i really don't understand what the purpose of an appointment is. the final slip showed it as a 3.5 hour job. why it took 30, only god and this place know for sure. anyway. i hate this place. oh- and their shuttle service is an absolute joke.

Vehicle was towed due to unknown issue regarding the vehicle. Oscar from service department was very helpful and courteous in resolving the issue and providing quick resolution. Issue was a bad spark plug. Service was completed quickly and effectively.

I was in for an oil change. I did have an appointment, and was on time. I was greeted politely by a service attendant who introduced me to my service advisor. They walked around the vehicle to ensure any blemishes were accounted for. The tires were due to be rotated, so my advisor added this to my service. Upon completion about 45 minutes in total, I was informed that the tire had not been rotated because they were in need of replacement. No one tried to sell me tires, which I appreciated, however a casual nod to the parts department, probably would not have unwelcome.

Do not purchase vehicle if you have to deal with

Took my car in for a oil change, my entertainment screen was black and wouldn't turn on anymore. Dropped vehicle off at 7 am and it didn't enter the shop until 4 pm. Had to leave my vehicle for 2 days after I clearly informed jorge the service rep. that I had no other vehicle and could not leave it over night or a few days. When I first took my vehicle in to demonstrate the issues of the screen, i could barely get jorge to acknowledge my issues until another employee stepped in and told him to assist me, which at that point he passed me on to someone else to schedule an appt. I feel like I was told what I wanted to hear just to get the vehicle in due to the fact that I had 2 % oil remaining and I also had to 2 faulty air bag alerts on my vehicle. I have a 2021 jeep grand cherokee leased so they are still responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle. I picked my vehicle up the next day right before 6 pm, didn't speak with anyone due to the service department being closed. Was only left a voice message that all issues were taken care of. Well here we are 2 weeks later amd my entertainment screen still stays black at time leaving me no access to any navigation features, radio features or any of the controls for inside the vehicle being that the entertainment console is the heart of all the inter vehicle features.

I purchased my 2012 charger in December 2011. I talked with the sales person and ordered my car, received it several days later. I had several questions about breaking in and further service. I met Craig Kent as a service advisor , i have been with him since the car was new. His advice has been superb, I would like to commend him for the advice he has provided . I met the service manager, Wendy Baker, and she is someone I would also recommend, her staff is outstanding. I have experienced no major issues with my vehicle and I attribute that to them, any concerns that I have are always taken care of promptly and professionally. I give a great big thank you to them !

I received a text letting my know I was due for an oil change in my Fiat 500, and if I wanted to set something up...simply reply. I did and was scheduled for my service. Two days later I show up for my appointment and it really worked! I waited totally 1 hour and 15 minutes, which is great! So easy and quick, couldn't ask for better. Thank you guys!

Went for scheduled appointment to have oil changed and for the first time it only took an hour and a half. Told Rick that I was taking a long trip towing a fifth wheel. He gave me a quote on a 60,000 mile service and got me in the next day. Great service, thanks.
