"Steam Clean it"

Recently bought a used Sante Fe and it was a cold day so could not smell anything on that day. It was a clean car and drove nicely and the salesman was very nice but the next day the temp got hotter and then the smells came out. It was a smell almost like baby oil but worse. We are very sensitive to chemicals and certain smells and this was bad. We asked them if there was anything they could do for us...The only suggestion was to have it "steam cleaned" There was no offer for them to steam clean it nor an offer to trade it back in for another car. They acted like once they got our money they were done with us. I am still trying to get this fixed but if they wont then all my friends and family and hopefully you will not buy from them. They strive for repeat business but fail after they deliver the car. Unbelievable!!!!!

Very happy with dealing with this dealership. Paul P. the salesman was very professional and had great product knowledge. No high pressure... fast handling of paper work Best of all I'm happy with the deal I got on my new 2012 Azera
