A trustworthy dealership

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and as I paid cash for it, I was able to take possession of it the following day. Not more than 10 miles from the dealership and on the expressway, the vehicle developed a problem with the cooling system but I was able to return to my residence even though the check engine light was still illuminated. I subsequently drove the vehicle to a nearby repair shop and learned that it needed a new thermostat and housing, and new fluid. In all, the needed repairs were minor but I was not happy of having to take a just purchased vehicle immediately to a repair shop upon taking possession of it. The following day, Clayton Evans, the sales manager, contacted me, via email, to ensure that I was happy with my vehicle. I subsequently took the opportunity to explain that as I was returning to my residence, it developed a problem and was at an automotive repair shop awaiting to be fixed. I also explained that I did not return it to dealership as, while completing the purchase paperwork, it was clearly explained and I acknowledged that I was purchasing the vehicle "as is," and all future repairs were my responsibility. Given this, I fully expected that I was going to be responsible for the aforementioned repairs. Within just a few minutes of receiving my email, Mr. Evans contacted me via telephone and we quickly agreed that once the repairs were completed and I received a receipt for them, the dealership would reimburse me for my out-of-pocket expenses. Approximately a week after I submitted my receipt to Mr. Evans, I received a the reimbursement. Although I was not happy with the fact that my first destination with my just purchased vehicle was to a repair shop, I am completely satisfied with the manner in which Mr. Evans quickly offered to rectify the situation. Likewise, Mr. Evans offered his sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by my having to have my just acquired vehicle immediately repaired. Mr. Evans's actions clearly demonstrate a high level of dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction that should be extended to all customers regardless if they are purchasing a new or used vehicle. It is my belief that if Mr. Evans was willing to work so quickly to correct a problem I encountered almost immediately following the purchase of my vehicle, he and his staff will diligently work to ensure all customers will receive the highest levels of exceptional treatment while purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I do not know for how long I will have the vehicle I purchased but I can say that without a doubt, if I find myself in the car market in the future and any of the Boucher dealerships has a new or used vehicle of which I have interest, I absolutely, and without hesitation, would give my business to them. The situation that immediately followed my driving my vehicle off of the dealership lot was unfortunate but the manner in which it was addressed is commendable and consistent with any customer's expectation.

Terrible Experience

My experience at this dealership was terrible. The Jeep I looked at had multiple mechanical and safety issues including: 1. Emergency brake did not work unless you pulled it to the max with an extreme amount of muscle. There is no way my daughter would be able to engage it. 2. Pressing the brakes at 60 mph felt like you were in a space shuttle reentering the atmosphere, with extreme shaking in the steering wheel. 3. Oil Leak Ok. So there’s problems. All I asked for was that they be fixed and I would buy the car. After all they say the car is safety certified and two of the three are safety issues. Also, how do you claim you do a mechanical check and inspection and the first thing you see when you look underneath is dripping oil? Salesperson came back from sales manager and said that they would fix two of the three problems, which ones would I like fixed. I said number two and three. Done deal right? No, Salesperson comes back and tells me they’re going to take the car to the service department to see what the problems are in detail After about 20 minutes the sales manager approaches asked me what I need to buy the car. I tell him that I want the problems fixed. He tells me that they are not going to fix any of the problems. The car stops and drives and the oil leak is just seepage. At that point since the sales manager is now reverse negotiating, and wants to sell me a car with safety and mechanical issues that should’ve been identified and fixed before I even drove to the dealership, I left.

2017 KIA Niro

We had the best experience at Boucher KIA purchasing our new 2017 Niro Touring Edition. Most of the thanks goes to Scott Westbrook. It took him and the manager a week of intense calling around to find us exactly what we wanted and they nailed it. They also got us the price we wanted from the start. This was my 4th KIA purchase from Boucher and I will continue to go to them for sales and service. Chris in service has always been there for us. Great Place. Thank You.

Excellent Sales Representative

I just purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Frank Boucher Kia and had the best car buying experience ever. My sales rep Scott Westbrook was so helpful, very knowledgeable and honest with me. He did not pressure me at all, but helped me to find my perfect car at a very good price. Felt Like Family.

Lee McGee is exceptional. His knowledge and No pressure sales made buying my Sorento enjoyable. Lee has sold 4 cars too my family. I have had friends and family ask me about my Kia's, they are excellent no problems and to see Lee McGee at Boucher Kia in Racine. Thank you Lee all you did.

Best experience!

I had been searching and pricing the 2015 Kia Optima for the past 5 months within a 100 mile radius of where I live; so when I came across this very nicely priced Optima - I put everything down and sped to Boucher. They were thousands of dollars less than their competitors. I am still in total shock because not only did it have the must-have sunroof, but also all the other options I felt were important (like heated leather steering wheel and seats, power heated mirrors, plus remote start!!). I have bought many, many vehicles in my day elsewhere - but this is the very first time that I felt really good about it. Thank you Mike, Scott, Keri and Suzanne for keeping it real! Thanks Boucher!!

Boucher Imports - a true pleasure!

Boucher Imports (Racine, WI) - Internet Sales Manager Scott Westbrook (and Suzanne via the TrueCar app). From submitting a request for information and quote via TrueCar throughout the entire process in a new 2015 Optima Limited - service was excellent. Suzanne was extremely professional, followed up in a timely manner, and was a real pleasure to speak with live. Then upon coming to the dealership for the test drive and meeting Scott, he really went all-out to get the car configured I wanted (and it was the end of the month), showed me how to use all the new electronics in the car (quite the upgrade from my older car), assisted with the financing, made the process entirely hassel-free and a made me feel like a valued customer. It's 45 minutes from my house to Racine - and I would not hesitate to buy my next car from Boucher Imports.

Great Experience!

I just purchased a 2014 Kia Sportage from Frank Boucher Kia in Racine Wi. The salesman, Tim provided me with all the necessary info I needed to make a sound decision. The test drives, the options, and the current specials were laid out for me all in a no-pressure way that made my decision to buy from Boucher an easy one. I was fairly certain in what I wanted, and I was probably even difficult at times, but Tim's patience and professionalism never wavered. When I drove off the lot that day, I was very satisfied I made all of the right choices, and everyone from sales (Tim) to finance (Grant) made this very easy for me.

I wish I could give 0 stars...

Bought a Jeep from dealership, Jeep threw itself in a violent rage while driving and put me in a ditch 2 days after purchasing. Said the wheels needed to be rotated, never had a vehicle lose complete control and shake and put someone in a ditch because the wheels needed to be rotated, so I didnt believe them and wanted to never drive it again... Dealership let me "return" the Jeep wtih a 2000 dollar cash loss. I bought another vehicle, broke down again after 3 days of regular driving (drive less than 7 miles to work) .... Will never do business with their shady used cars again. HATE THEM. They just want to sell cars and dont care what condition the cars are in.

Great deal on 2013 Optima sxl

Sales process was easy and the price for the car was very fair. I did my research on Edmunds so I knew if I was getting a good and fair deal for both sides. Lee M. was my sales person and would recommend him to everyone going to the dealership. The finance department was easy and Fran explained every thing available to me and each piece of paper in detail. I was under time constrains and they helped me get through everything in the time I needed it to get done. I was shown the service area and meet the manager Chris. First class organization and people.

Swift, Painless, and Easy

I went in looking for a small car to save on gas that I could also have fun with. I went in, met with Tom Nelson, told him what I wanted and what I had in mind. We looked at the car, Then I went home to think it over. Came in at a later date, and test drove with Scott T. since Tom was busy. I went home to think it over. Called them to put it on hold, went in, and left soon after with two sets of keys to my very own 2012 Kia Rio hatch! I wasn't sure I'd be able to upgrade from the base model and afford it, but after going over the price and incentives, I was able to upgrade to the EX model and get the power package, and I'm glad I did! I didn't have to put anything down and no cosigner. I've never had a loan before, but their finance dept. took great care of me and the process was swift and easy. I'm definitely going back for service and my next car!!

in a word, this dealership is outstanding! We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento; we were very particular about color and trim level/features. Scott Westbrook went the extra mile locating the vehicle we wanted and finalizing the deal. I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime, all at different dealerships and never has the sales process been so painless. It was actually fun. I am a single mother and I needed to bring my children with me when I shopped, test drove, negotiated, and picked up the car. The children's kitchen in the dealership kept my youngest child happy and allowed me to focus on the deal at hand. The car I chose has been flying off the lots, but the dealership was able to track down the trim line, color, and options that I wanted. The trade-in offer I received from Kia bested that of another local dealership and negotiations on price were fair and quick. Alicia Frieri is an excellent salesperson - no pressure to buy, simply helped me find a car I would love at a price I could afford. And I do ... I LOVE my Kia Soul!

Well worth the trip over the border

We just finished a month long search for a new car. After countless wasted hours of our time by other dealers with everything from the very old bait & switch to the "guaranteed internet price" that was on a vehicle they did not actually have....it was a very pleasant surprise to find Keri Sparks and the rest of the friendly team at Boucher Kia. They were knowledgeable, honest and we left the dealership sans headache and with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Even the "F & I" office proved to be pressure free and without any surprises. If their service dept is equal to their sales staff, they will have a customer for life.

Scott Teigland was the best!

I stopped at this dealership to take a look at the new KIA Soul, which I have been researching online for the past few months. Scott approached me and asked if I had any questions. I told him I was just looking, he was VERY nice and PROFESSIONAL, he said what were you looking for, I told him the KIA Soul, but I didn't see any on the lot. He directed me towards them (they were all being washed). He asked if I wanted to take one out for a test drive (NO pressure), so I did. I was so amazed by the car, I decided to buy. The color that I wanted was not there, he located the color I wanted at another dealership (Alien Green), and had it there the next day. I give Scott 5 stars across the board, as well as the entire dealership. They made my wife and I feel VERY comfortable through the entire process. The general manager Keith was also a pleasure to work with. Hands down Frank Boucher has earned a customer in me for LIFE. If you are looking to purchase a new car, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership!! Thank you again everyone for making my buying experience feel so good!! Bill
