I just wanted to write this review, and give a huge glowing review to Kris Fox at Zimbrick VW East side. Along with Kris, and BJ, and Brian I have been searching for awhile for the perfect SUV due to myself having significant spinal pain, and other issues. Another thing I have had to deal with was a huge negative equity issue with my trade in. Anyways I was treated so warmly by all of the staff, and with Kris going over everything with me, and truly understanding my issues she is a breath of fresh air in her help, and caring she showed me in getting into this SUV! I have searched like I said, and honestly I can say I'm a customer for life now with the way I was treated at Zimbrick, and all of their staff also I'm in love my 2017 VW Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition 4Motion! I could seriously write a book on how absolutely happy I am with everything that was done for me at Zimbrick, and by Kris, and BJ, and Brian! Simply amazing if I could give more than 5 stars I would I also will be sending everyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle their way. Two great big thumbs up! I feel like I'm part of a new awesome family the Zimbrick, and VW family! Thank you all so very much for such a great vehicle buying experience!

Wow! Marcel May gave my husband and I an amazing car buying experience. He was infinitely patient, listened attentively, and was incredibly knowledgeable. I had marcel as my sales person and he was great. He was honest and helpful and answered and answers any questions I have. He will always take time and give his full attention to any questions or concerns I have. I purchased a kayak rack and he even helped me fit it on my car. I was very happy about that.

Great service and fine cars

Scott E. was very helpful. I wanted to stay local, but they didn't have the exact car (Golf R), so they got one from a dealer 135 miles away. When it came it had a tiny chip in the windshield and on the hood. They had no reservation at all on replacing the windshield and fixing the paint, loaning a Passat delivered to my office for the duration. I hope the service keeps up, great so far. Middleton is also a fine dealership and my wife got her Acura from Zimbrick.

Zimbrick East side VW is a great place to buy a car

I worked with both Scott Eckert and Lee Kapotic. They allowed me to spend extensive time with both the GLI and the VW cc so I was able to use the vehicles for a day as I would use the car as an owner. Pricing was fair as was the value pricing on my trade in. Also the finance guy worked hard to find me a loan that had a lower interest rate than the financing I had secured on my own.

Scott Ecker worked hard to get the right car in a dealer trade. Effective salesman -- offered lots of useful info without being pushy. Got slightly above edmunds TMV for trade-in and paid slightly less than TMV for the new car. Very fair deal overall.

A salesperson engaged me the minute I entered the store. I was helped with my initial questions and introduced to the new car manager and general manager. As a team, they assisted me in a helpful way in acquiring a new 2012 VW Eos which had to be dealer located. The delivery appointment was very exceptional and quick. The service department's detailing of the car was A1. The whole buying experience could not have been handled better. Good Job!
