Please dont combine services - Explain to the customer the Price change

I used to have a Nissan and I used to go to Zimbrick Nissan. I loved it. Great customer service. Now I have a Buick I go to Zimbrick Buick same until the prices go up. Then this last time the customer service was a little bit rushed. Some customers in the waiting room were talking about prices going up. When I received my quote, they gave me a total price of $64. All I wanted was an oil change I had to ask twice why is it $64 he seemed so rushed and busy he quickly explained and had to look himself to see why and he said yes, there’s tire rotation add to the price. why wasn’t it broken down. Please just give me the oil change price that I wanted and tell me I’m up for a rotation and tell me the price includes that don’t give me the total value. why did I have to ask twice prices go up then say so, just break it down the oil change is normally $34. If any prices go tell me this time it was rushed. don’t forget customer service! I really like it here but customers will go elsewhere. also, most of the time and this is the second service agent that’s done this because customers always want a coupon or a deal. Please remind me of my Buick rewards every time I ask they said I forgot and they carry on and just print out the receipt, they don’t even ask if they could go back and add my rewards. Please do so! customers go to dealerships because they want value because you know our cars but they also would like to save some money coupons or use the rewards. Something. Please keep that in mind you’re trying to make money we want value and why not try to help us save money as well. Other than that the car was very clean. It was timely. it’s not always about the money, the more you inform the customer the more we know and we have options we understand inflation and everything is going up. Just explain it to us take a few minutes to explain it to us (prices are up, combining services dont do that please its confusing and seems skeptical) believe me we will be very grateful for that this is our money. Prices are very important to a customer . Thank you

Zimbrick East side Madison WI Disaster!

One they sell you a Vehicle you no longer exist the manager will lie to you tell you what you want to hear and my salesman Tom McConnel will not put any effort into getting you information on your purchase withhold information and do what benefits them moving on to make another sale. Make sure all prices are in writing with them or you will be unpleasantly surprised when the final price comes out...never again!

Friendly service, great prices on repairs and maintenance. Truck is washed at no charge. Always a ride back home or to work along with a ride back to Zimbrick. Can not make this more convenient.

Honest, straightforward and fair

I loved working with David Bennett. He was honest,thoughtful and incredibly patient with me. I have elderly parents who need a disability-access van, probably sometime next year. I have already told them to come visit me in Wisconsin when the time comes so we can go to Zimbrick and see David. I trust him to take good care of my Dad.
