Terrible experience

This was a terrible experience with a terrible salesman. My husband walked out and they lost a sale. He was told unless he put money down he couldn't even test drive one. Are you kidding me? Zimbrick dealership went down the tubes after that and we have bought many cars from them. Shame on you for such practices. We have excellent credit too so it wasn't for that reason and in our 60's. We went elsewhere where we were treated with dignity.

Great Service and Understanding

I was comparing several cars and was deciding between a mini cooper, fiat 500, and a honda accord coupe. I had driven all but the mini. I knew that I liked it the best but the one I wanted was the most expensive of the options. I worked with Nicole and she was really good at listening and not trying to be pushy. I ended up getting a mini hatchback and I love IT!!! Great experience and I will recommend Zimbrick and Nicole to anyone who asks!

I can't buy a car if you don't communicate

Dealer failed to communicate with us after promising call backs regarding trade-in. Sales process overly long (the "keep 'em waiting story), and salesperson complimented us on my intelligence, etc., when she didn't even know us. Sorry, but that's just wrong and stupid. Apparently, they can't be bothered to sell a car if you push back on pricing or anything. I wouldn't recommend Mini of Madison.
