Dishonest and misleading, worst experience Ive ever had. Horrible customer service, I will never return and I will never have my vehicle serviced there.

Lied to us

Purchased a used Honda Civic Hybrid from this dealership almost 2 years ago and when signing paperwork the gentleman informed me that repairs can be very costly on hybrids, very specifically the batteries. He highly recommended we purchase an extended warranty just in case something happened. We did purchase the warranty and were happy with the car. Recently the check engine light went on and we took it to the local Honda dealership ( Since Frank Boucher does not work on Hybrids) and we were told the battery was dying. I happily informed the dealership it was ok Boucher had sold us the warranty and we had been told it would cover the battery. When they called the warranty company to get approval for repairs they were informed that the warranty does not cover that battery ( the sole reason Boucher sold us the warranty) . We now have to pay $3225 to replace the battery- after we already paid almost $2000 for the warranty itself. When I spoke with a gentleman at Boucher he told me that they could return whatever remained of the policy if I wanted but that was it. I was furious that either the gentleman who sold us the car lied or did not know enough about what he was telling us and inadvertently lied to us. I will NEVER buy a car from them again and warn you to check every detail of your paperwork so that you don't fall victim either.

A Perfect Fit

Wandered into Frank Boucher over a month ago just looking. We were exploring Honda Accord, Ford Fusion, and the Volkswagon Passat. Jackson met us and answered all our questions. He continued to communicate with us even though we were unsure of when and if we would purchase. He remained in contact informing us of sales and specials. When we returned a month later with a more fine-tuned description of what we needed in a vehicle, he pulled a Wolfsburg Edition Passat up for a test drive. We were impressed with it--especially the 1.8 Turbo so he took us on a walk of the lot where we found our perfect Wolfsburg. His ability to listen to what we were looking for in a car led us to a perfect fit in our new Passat. We got over 550 miles out of our first tank of gas just driving it for short trips to work and back. There is so much to love about this car--solid and safe, sporty and comfortable, spunky and economical with just the right amount of extras. We are grateful to Jackson for fitting it to us.

A Pleasing Experience Purchasing An Auto

I never thought I would have good experience purchasing a car in my lifetime. My past vehicle purchases have been a draining encounter, which left a less than desirable craving for venturing out for another auto. I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude and professionalism at Bouche Volkswagen. The staff and especially the salesman, Carmen, were exceptionally amiable and attentive to my wife and I. My husband and I switched dealerships many years ago when another local dealership's service department was less than cooperative on a vehicle we ultimately lemon-lawed. We brought our vehicle to Frank Boucher for our service work. In the process we bought my husband a 2005 Ram 2500 Diesel and 3 weeks later purchased my 2006 Dodge Charger R/T. The fall of 2011 my husband decided to trade-in the Ram 2500 on a 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie. All above experiences were very satisfying. It came time to trade-in my Charger on a 2012 Challenger R/T. This is where we met the very charming Geoff O. Geoff was a very good salesman didn't do the pushy salesman act of BUY NOW! The experience was very quick, easy, and relatively painless. Well we visited the dealership about a month later and traded-in the 2012 Ram 1500 on a 2012 Ram 2500 Diesel. Again, Geoff made the experience relatively painless again (except for the payment). But with all that we walked in there today again about 2 months after the purchase of the 2500 Ram. I feel the Challenger will not be able to do a Wisconsin winter drive to a new job location. So I test drove some Jeep Wrangler this afternoon. Geoff even though we stopped unannounced and he was with other customers he still made us feel important and number #1. We explained we will be back in about a month to trade-in the Challenger on a new Jeep. Defintely look up GEOFF O when purchasing your next Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep. GO MOPAR!

We had been debating about getting a new vehicle for our family for a while, and couldn't decide between another van or something smaller. After we first inquired through their website, Pami D. listened to what we wanted/needed, provided us with information to help us narrow down our choices, and then kept us up to date on what was available. She was very quick and informative with her replies to our questions, but never pushy. She stayed in touch with us for months, helping us shop for the perfect vehicle. When we finally knew what we wanted, she found a great van for us to look at. Bruce R. was the Sales Consultant and Tom W. the Sales Manager who helped us through the process of taking home our new van. Both Bruce and Tom were patient, upfront and worked to get us into the van we wanted at a price that we are very happy with (including the trade we got for our old van), all in a timely manner. The Business Manager, Mike B., kept his promise and found us a great rate for financing our new van, better than we had found anywhere when we looked for ourselves. We would definitely recommend Frank Boucher to everyone. And I love my new van! Thank you so much to Pami, Bruce, Tom and Mike for making this a great experience for us!

We own a 2000 Jeep GC and decided to take advantage of the clearance prices. The problem was we weren't sure how much vehicle we wanted (all the bells and whistles, bare bones or something in between). I checked prices and styles online and went to a couple of dealerships but either got "the new guy" or sales just didn't help us figure out what we needed. Ended up doing a lot of research online but still need to see some of the stuff in person to assess. Bob Ucker at Frank Boucher powered thru different models explaining their differences and let us take the time to figure out what we could afford and wanted. We initially drove the 30+ miles to this dealership because I wanted to see a certain model and ended up having them get the perfect model from another dealer. The staff including sales manager, online help and general manager kept in touch via email but tried not to overdue it and communicated with each other so that I wasn't smothered by the whole deal. THAT's how a dealership should be run!
