New truck

I would say the sales person did an awesome job for the most part. But I wasn’t happy overall. Wasn’t given time need to get loan approved. Monday bank messed up loan paper work. Then loan officer was off Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday she did loan and got approved. Called dealer and they sold the truck I ordered.

I was disapointed that I was not informed until after the service was completed that this was covered by our service agreement. I thought I used them already. I opted out of tire rotation for the added expense I would incur at this time, funds were low. Customers should be updated prior to work so they can make changes if need be.

New Truck Purchase

Daryl Warren was the sales associate that handled my purchase. Daryl was very professional right from my first contact on the phone from Wausau. He answered all of my initial questions about the Silverado and we set up a time evaluate my trade and complete the deal. He spent time explaining all of the new features on the truck in great detail. This is my tenth new vehicle purchase in 24 years (8 were GM products) and probably one of the few times I left the dealership feeling really excited about the transaction. The financial services gentleman was very good at explaining all of the loan paperwork and other purchase options (ext. warranties, etc). I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I had returned for an exhaust recall on my colorado, and everything went smoothly. Amanda was very helpful and friendly, as well as the other staff members I dealt with. Salesman: He took the time to explain all my questions and everything about my new Sonic. I appreciate the effort he's done to put little note tabs in the user manual for quick reference. Finance Person: He covered all my questions as soon as a concern was raised w/o having me to ask. Overall: 10 stars - no cons or room for improvement. I'd rather have some free fries than coffee though :) Thanks for the pleasant experience!
