I started my adventure online and soon was talking to Steve Connelly.. After dealing with another dealership that didn't seem to want to try to get me in a vehicle after seeing that I had "thin" credit It was extremely refreshing to work with somebody that understood my situation and was willing to.. what seemed to me be above and beyond.. continuously try to find me somebody that would work with me and a loan.. Steve spent three days trying to get me into a vehicle and succeeded.. I'm extremely excited over owning my first vehicle in two years.. I would not only highly recommend going to Eau Claire Auto group, But I would recommend asking for Steve specifically!

2017 Jeep Cherokee overland

Check vehicles on line, this one had best price with lots of extras and V6. Only had it two days, like it so far, first Jeep ever owned, overland is suppose to be the luxury vehicle, so hopefully first owner treated it that way an we got good deal

The customer service was great! My wife and I bought a used car for our daughter and we paid cash. It's not a bad car but after having it for a while we feel that we paid way to much

My husband & I initially went to Eau Claire Auto to check out a car for my mom who lives a couple hours away. Our salesman, Steve Connell, showed us around to a few cars in my price range while we were there. I fell in love with this baby blue Jeep. It was having battery issues, as it was freezing. The crew at ECA went above and beyond trying to fix the issue so I could test drive it, but ultimately it was going to need a new battery. Steve got it all fixed up and ready for me later in the week, periodically checking up on me to see if I was still interested. I ended up buying the Jeep on a Saturday. The entire crew, especially Steve was exceptionally not pushy and helpful. I highly recommend them, I love my Jeep!
