Brookfield Buick GMC

I have bought and sold my recent vehicles via the internet. For a year I had been casually looking and researching a pre-owned car (on the internet) for my wife's daily commute vehicle She did not need or want a new car for the crowded freeway drive and parking issues. Oddly, I had seen the 2008 Chev Impala LT 50th Anniv Edition vehicle online about 3 months ago but did not consider it due to the higher price. I liked it's unique styling and options. Due to the recent price drop and the Certified vehicle status it made the purchase much more attractive! I posted a question online about the vehicle and had a "chat online" with Mr. Al C., he immediately fully answered my questions. I have had sales people online apparently that were not at the lot and could not therefore answer my specific questions. I have purchased a GM Certified Pre-Owned car in the past and enjoyed that Seller/buyer arrangement. Mr. Roger F./Sales made the process go quickly and answered all of questions and agreed to my requests. Due to Mr. F.'s agreeable personality, I test drove 2 times (once to take home and show my wife) then purchased the vehicle. To answer my question regarding the change of the building since my last visit years prior, I received a tour of the new building by Mr. F. I was impressed by what I saw. I appreciated the INSIDE (out of the elements) pickup of our purchased, detailed car. It looked very nice to my wife when we drove to pick up and trade in our older Monte Carlo. She met Mr Al C. as we walked in. Another sales man immediately guided us to Mr. F. We both enjoyed the warm coffee in the waiting area as we were leaving and the gift travel mugs.
