There is a Ford dealer in my town but I was not impressed with how I was treated when I went there to buy a Ford Edge so I went to Langlade Ford and bought from them and I always use them for any needed services. The place is clean and everyone is friendly and professional and efficient.

Langlade Ford provided speedy work and a helpful vehicle inspection when our F250 was brought in for it's pre-0winter season routine maintenance and inspection.

2016 F150 Langlade Ford

It was only an oil change but they picked up and dropped off on time. Nate called to let me know the alignment was off and I'm glad he let me know. After an alignment it drives better and my tires will last longer.

Great oil change experience

Brought my 2013 Ford Focus in for a oil change. Nate, in the Antigo service dept is awesome. He checked me in, got me a loaner car so I could run to a appt I had scheduled while getting the oil change done which I appreciated very much. Nate called when car was done. I asked if they could please wash my car because my family was leaving on vacation next day, and I wanted a clean car to take, they did and it looked really nice. Put paper mats down so they wouldn't get it dirty inside too. They also took my oil change coupon that was sent to me a few months earlier but unfortunately was expired but they still gave me discount price. I was advised I needed new tires soon and Nate took the time to print several different quotes of prices on tires for me. Overall a great experience. They also always put a reminder oil change sticker in my windshield, really like that, I know a small thing.
