Nick and Eddie were great. Responded to emails and calls immediately. Had the financing paperwork (and all paperwork) ready for signature when i arrived. Had the car pulled in and ready to drive away when i arrived. I was in and out of the dealership with new car in less than 1/2 hour!!! Great experience.

I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot from Straub Automotive in Glendale, WV, and I couldn't be happier!! Jack and Nick were wonderful to me, treated me very nice, and they really worked hard to get me approved! I've been avoiding coming in because of a bad experience with a differant dealership. I was made to feel ashamed and degraded because my credit wasn't perfect and I wouldn't accept a vehicle too small and to high priced for my needs. But Jack and Nick treated respectful and just as important as a perfect credit customer! I even cried with happiness and relief when I was told I was approved! Thank you Straub Jeep, for really giving me a chance and showing me that working the past 5 yrs to improve my credit was worth it! You guys are awesome!

I have just purchased my third car with Bryan and his team. They make sure I have the best deal every time. They put in a lot of time and effort when helping their customers. I drive from Columbus, Ohio to work with Straub, they take the stress out if car buying. They answer my calls and emails within an hour, they put the customer first. And, you cannot beat the selection.

We just purchased our tenth Honda vehicle--cars and trucks--all from the same dealer Straub Honda, Triadelphia, WV. We have had such excellent service and follow through by the staff that even if Honda weren't our preferred automobile, we would be likely to go back to this dealer.

I had a great experience at Straub Honda. The staff was friendly and helpful, and really know their product. They worked with me to get me the best deal possible.
