We recently purchased a vehicle at Ramey Chevrolet and are very pleased with the whole process. It seems there is a whole "New Atmosphere" here, very much improved. We will definitely do business here again.

I went there to trade in my leased '07 Camry. I stood out in the lot for at least a half hour and no one came out. I went inside and browsed around and still no one came to ask me anyhting! I have never been so overlooked atr a car dealer ever in the 30 years I have been buying cars! Thier inventory was weak compared to L&S in Beckley. Pitiful.

No Service after the sale

11/29/2009 Bought a 2008 Toyota Tacoma.The tailgate was missing.the salesman said he could get one in 3 days.Then 1 week.Then the salesman said I needed to talk to his boss.His boss said he was handling it.Now I am trying to get the Toyota parts Dept.to get me a tailgate. Was told it was in but they cant catch the painter.I know when I am getting the runaround.11 more days and it will be 2 months I have been waiting on a tailgate. I feel I have been lied to at every turn.All I have got from Ramey`s is excuses on top of excuses. I have an I O U From rameys.But so far I hasn`t been worth much.Neither has the Ramey Reps.I`ve talked too.I have asked to talk to Mr.Ramey,But am told he is not in.Even emailed him with my phone number.Still waiting.
