Pros-My experience was good for the most part. My sales person Bill Morgan was very helpful through out the process and made sure we got what we wanted. He also called me several days after my purchased and asked how I enjoy my vehicle and if there was anything my wife and I needed. The Cons- They had to order our new car(which isn't the problem) after agreeing on our trade in value and the price of our new car, several days later when the car arrived and we spoke to our sales person he told us the amount of the car but it was $500.00 more then what we agreed on. After questioning it he stated that his Sales Manager "took a second look at the numbers and can only give us that deal". I called the Manager directly and after speaking with him about the issue he changed the amount back to what we agreed on in the first place. If it wouldn't be for that I would not hesitate to go back.
