We had purchased a 2023 Subaru Limited Touring Outback. The sale, the atmosphere, the entire process went smoothly and we were given a great price. However, the car quickly developed electronic problems, which is not typical of Subaru. So it had 2500 miles on it and the owner, the salesman, and everyone was still just as great as before. For a more than fair price, I mean a really excellent deal we traded for the same vehicle only in a 2024, just different computer, chipsets, etc and couldn’t be happier. We are so happy to have dealt with Louis Thomas Subaru in Parkersburg WV. They definitely treated us right.

Buying a car at Louis Thomas Subaru is an easy and enjoyable experience. They make sure you're getting what you want, understand all the options and if they don't have exactly what you want they go out and find it rather than trying to convince you to buy one you won't be 100% happy with. I've bought three vehicles (2 Outbacks and a Forester) from Louis Thomas Subaru and based on the vehicles and the experiences I've had there I won't go anywhere else.

Can't say enough good stuff about Lou Thomas in Parkersburg WV. They welcome you like friends and treat you that way too. The service department is wonderful and keeps our cars in top condition. Even their used lot is superior. When we purchased our 2020 Outback it was to upgrade from a 2013 Crosstrek. We got great value for the trade in. On top of that they were giving 0% interest on the financing. Seven years means a lot of changes in cars. I'm grateful that the essentials hadn't changed much so I was on the road comfortably fairly quickly. The safety features are top notch and they were introduced at the point of sale as we set up some basic features. After a few weeks, I got invited back (with an incentive) to answer any other questions and was given the invitation to stop in anytime. This is truly a wonderful car buying experience. And while I'm posting a review: Subaru is involved in several non-profit projects including the Subaru Love Project and recycling of things like wrappers that can be but usually aren't recycled. Not to mention that they are committed to small footprint manufacturing and recycling as part of their manufacturing. This is a socially responsible business that gives back and also makes great cars and gives superb customer service. Thank you Lou Thomas Subaru.
