I recently purchased a new Jeep Renegade. After 800 miles the car died in motion, check engine lights came on, then after 10 minutes ran again. I called for a service appointment on my new Jeep, the earliest they could get me in was 2.5 weeks and only if I called off work to make this work. I went in they lost my paperwork, couldn't figure out what was wrong and were rude about this saying nothing was wrong. Even though my car totally shut down while in motion. The salesman was not helpful, the owner and manager would not return my calls. About several emails the owner referred me to contact a different dealership since this sale was over he did not care he made his commission. Awful customer service did not help me out at all. I wish I would have known how I would have been treated before making a purchase with this dealership.
