An amazing truck from a amazing dealership!

From start to finish a very enjoyable experience! My salesman Mike Shepard was very helpful and followed through on the sale to the moment I drove off in my Tacoma (boy am I so glad that a certain unmentioned dealership did not have the SUV I originally wanted in stock, my Tacoma is amazing.) Mike made sure all that was promised was delivered and that I was happy with my purchase. Indeed from the finance managers to the receptionist, everyone at L&S Toyota was a pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend this dealership and the product they sell to anyone!

My service appointment was easy to schedule. After I checked in, there was a comfy waiting room. The service representative told me it would take about an hour. He was right. When he brought me my key fob, he thoroughly explained everything they did on this visit, and told me what would happen the next visit. It has been a pleasure to deal with L&S Toyota.

Great Dealership

I like the fact L&S posts prices for their new and used vehicles on their website. I also like that their prices are fair to start with. Some dealerships don't list their prices so that you have to them call to inquire. I like the transparency L&S provides. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. The products and service sells itself.

Our salesman, Andrew, was very knowledgeable of the truck as he showed us every feature it had to offer. He was very patient with us through our entire purchase. Ronnie in finance was wonderful while walking us through the entire finance process and explained everything in fine detail with us. By far the best car buying experience we have had. First time Toyota buyers, who will now be lifetime Toyota customers of L&S Toyota. Beyond satisfied with our purchase. We love our new Toyota Tacoma!!

Went above and beyond

I came in for servicing. I figured it was an oil change and maybe a tune up. However, they notified me that my back breaks were gone and that the charge was on the house. You can't beat that. Any other garage would have just done the service and not looked at anything else. I'm Amazed!

Quick and Friendly with extra Perks

I came in to test drive a used 7 year old vehicle. Luckily my sales man Bobby had taken this vehicle as a trade in and knew the original owners and assured me that it was in great condition. I show up to test drive and just by looking I can tell he has told me the truth. This vehicle is in Amazing shape and it has more features than I was expecting at a great price compared to other dealers in the area. So we go inside to draw up the paperwork and Bobby is able to get me a better deal than I was expecting with a four year warranty under $300! Plus free oil change for a year, free sticker for a year! Yes I will definitely recommend L&S Toyota to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Drove from Charleston just to look.Met Bobby Jones saleman on the lot, told him what I wanted to look at, very helpful and very knowledgeable with the 2020 Toyota 4 runner limited. Mike Jude looked at my car, gave me a honest and fair price for my trade and I took delivery of my new 4 runner that evening. Angela Morgan finance manager extremely courteous and very knowledgeable.. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating, I can see why they were selling cars left and right yesterday as I waited next in line for finance.. thanks for the experience!! Will recommend!

L&S Toyota has been serving Raleigh County and the surrounding area for more than 20 years. The dealership first opened in 1992 and was located on Rural Acres Drive. We have since moved to our location on Auto Plaza Drive. The name L&S comes for the initials of the original owners. Ownership has changed but our name stays the same. We have recently remodeled our dealership and feature up to date waiting areas, a drive in service reception area, and an indoor play area.
