No Bird Dog Fee Given as Promised

To EVERY SALES PERSON & ALL FINANCE PERSONAL This letter is to inform each and every one of you that you are without any doubt [violative content deleted], in your dealings, especially with people after the sale..... And your promises aren't worth the paper they are typed on... I mistakenly sent individuals at two separate times to your dealership. Both bought and paid cash for the vehicle of their choice...... After the first person bought her vehicle, I had to fight to get the promised bird dog fee offered to me when we bought our own vehicle.... Finally, I did receive it after several phone calls with one excuse after another and a lot of bull, then a month later I did receive it. Some two weeks ago we sent another couple in to look at KIAs, they too bought a new Kia and paid cash for it.... We heard nothing from Wenatchee Kia ~ nothing, so once again I called them and I got the same old excuses, story, and bull.... From the Finance manager Mike telling me that he didn't remember them mentioning us by name.... So, not only did he call them liars, he called me a liar too.... Which I do not appreciate one little bit, especially since he was the biggest and only [violative content deleted] of all... In BOTH cases these individuals had mentioned to the salesman prior to any sales being made that we had send them there to look... When it came to the financing department they "conveniently forget" that our names were ever mentioned to anyone. Nor did they ever ask if anyone had sent them in.... Because these customers had not asked explicitly for a specific salesman by name is the reason why they will not give me my promised bird dog fee.... Same story as it works for them... I will not be getting the promised bird dog fee they offered. The best part of all this, is that the individuals that we sent to Wenatchee Kia will not ever send anyone to do business with Wenatchee Kia. Nor will we ever send anyone to them again... We will no longer do any business either business or personal with Wenatchee Kia ever again, they have screwed us for the last time.... This happened just in time, as we were getting ready to buy 3 more business and 1 more personal vehicles all of which were to be Kia's..... So, for $225.00...... who screwed who??? YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSEVES

Pay close attention to the finance dept. I was called back 3 times to resign my contract. By the third time my finance charge went from 6.2 to 7.25. Silly me I read all the contracts but the last and that is where he Alan screwed me. I was told he was fired and have been told by others that this is a common practice by dealers not only kia. They are very friendly and and make you feel comfortable...too comfortable. I am told I have no recourse, I signed the contract...3 times
