I have been purchasing and driving cars for 30 years, and have to say my experience at WestlieFM was the best ever. Prices quoted me via email by Kip Christenson were on spot and he always responded within an hour (business hours of course). My experience at the showroom was superb, and Kip went out of his way to answer my questions. Prices quoted in our email negotiations were the actually price, not some gimmick to get me into the showroom for the high pressure sale. For the first time ever I actually had fun at a dealership and did not feel like I was being taken for "a ride." The finance guy was great and I did not feel or experience the high pressure sales pitches to buy all sorts of additional things. The financing, my trade-in, and vehicle pricing were fair with no gimmicks and I left happy in a shiny new 2013 Ford Mustang. If you live in Portland seriously check these guys out! And guess what? After you purchase your new vehicle here it's a short hop out into the Gorge on SR-14 to try out your new wheels.
