Dick Hannah Volkswagen

Recently, my youngest daughter finished school and needed to take our old Subaru with her. I was faced with the need to get another family car that my step daughter and wife could depend on. I don't buy cars often so I was nervous about going in cold to a dealership I've never been to before. I found that Dick Hannah Volkswagen had some low mileage, late model cars, so I called there and a pleasant fellow named Nicholas told me a bit about the cars I was interested in looking at. My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised dealing with Nicholas. He's a very knowledgeable and polite gentleman. We discussed options and cars a bit, and we bought a nice 2014 Jetta with low miles that fit our needs for a reasonable price. We appreciated the way we didn't have to argue with Nicholas or the other staff. It was more like an interesting collaboration than being sold on something we didn't want or need. On the whole it was a good experience.
