I was in the process of purchasing a car when I had a highly negative interaction with a salesman who wasn’t even directly involved in the transaction! I was asking clarifying questions about the necessity of filling out a credit application when I had already squared away financing directly with my bank. He was adversarial and seemed to be mostly interested in demeaning and belittling me. He even went so far as to throw a paper at me, tell me “fine leave, I don’t care. I don’t need your business anyways.” He was also dishonest and claimed to be the manager when his card stated he’s a salesman and other employees identified him as such. He never apologized to me but other employees attempted to apologize on his behalf. He seems to have a reputation for being a complete jerk and he gets away with it. I contacted the dealership manager on Monday and haven’t heard anything back. To me, four business days is more than reasonable, especially in regards to a complaint about the professionalism of the business. I’m still infuriated and in disbelief.

We were deciding between the Mazda CX-5 and the CRV EX-L. A good price on the CRV sealed the deal. Mike Porco was great. No high pressure tactics here. Mike was really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend visiting South Tacoma Honda.

I purchased a 2008 Lexus GS 350 used And I noticed the Breaks squeal. 1st time Brought it too there attention. And they Said they will take care of it.. this is my 3 attempt Trying too get my breaks fixed .. they never helped me out... I tried callling,leaving messages too the manager Chad Waterman.. he never got back too me... The Funny thing is I never made my 1st payment yet too the Bank and the Car is giving me Problems...I'm so pissed at these Guyz!!! For Selling me a Car That they Said ,There "USED CARS" GO THRU A Saftey INSPECTION...[non-permissible content removed] I financed a $30,000 car loan... and they just threw my out the Door!!! Such a Shady place!!! When I Get free time. I'm gonna Picket this Establishment!!!!
