Terrific experience buying a car online with Shawn O. Negotiated a deal over the phone over the course of a couple of days, no stress, and no pressure. Shawn was very polite and accommodating. Came in last weekend and was not surprise at all to find that Shawn was every bit polite in person as he was on the phone. There were no surprises in the deal. All in all an easy experience. I give four stars because of the time it took to sign papers was a bit excessive as there was only one finance person on a Sunday afternoon. Emile, the finance guy, was also very easy to work with and with no pressure. Skip the arrogant crap attitude at Barrier in Bellevue. The salesman we worked with drove me away and I'm happy to do business with Shawn and Larson.
