Subaru of Spokane

I originally signed paperwork for a 2015 Outback Limited that was destined for Tacoma, WA. I believe a dealership trade was to be worked out enabling me to have the vehicle I wanted. Aaron called a few days later to inform me that the vehicle had been sold to another party by the Tacoma dealership. He was very apologetic and seemed genuinely upset about what had happened. We discussed some other options and I decided to wait a couple of days before deciding anything, at which point I would come down to the dealership and we'd talk it over. He called me back within a few hours to ask if I'd be interested in another Limited of the same color that he could get, though it would include the moonroof/nav/keyless package, which was not a part of the original deal. I said sure, but I couldn't afford to go beyond the already agreed upon financial package. He said he would see what could be done. When he called a bit later, he said I could have the upgraded vehicle for the same price and that it would include the $800 in accessories I had wanted on the first car. When it arrived and I went down to see it, everything was there as promised. The paperwork was identical to that originally signed, albeit with a different VIN#. I could not be happier with the way things turned out and will not hesitate to recommend Subaru of Spokane.
