Thank you for doing a research and providing me a printout of information that I needed. I appreciate the video that was sent to me while waiting for my car. Seriously Awesome Service

My service experience was fantastic. I live 2+ hours away from Seattle and needed to wait for my car to be serviced. The dealership has work-friendly spaces so I was able to use my wait time to work efficiently. The service staff informed me regularly on progress. I especially liked the video of my vehicle inspection to document needed repairs.

Chuvit was awesome! Really pleased to be his customer. Made the buying process super easy and stress-free. Provided just the right level of explanation of the car and features, walkthroughs, kind enough to offer refreshments while we were there, not to mention dropping some "oyaji-gags" (Japanese jokes lol). Just an overall personable and great sales representative to work with. The dealership was great too, super clean, #trendy, easy to get around, and everyone was really welcoming and nice. Might be our only mini purchase for the time being but would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to check em out!

The delivered car was exactly as expected / specified with all exterior and interior materials, finishes, presentation and capability being top-quality. In addition, Chuvit took the time needed to clearly explain multiple key features of the vehicle before my driving it away.
