Sean and Ryan were great to us theyre service and expertise was first rate. Both were very honest and up front about the vehicles and pricing never did I feel the sales guy experience rather like taking with a friend. I would recommend them to all.

Honestly one of the most genuine auto sales men I've met! Curt and Ryan were so patient and reliable , they stopped at nothing to make sure that my vehicle was taken care of, because unfortunately I had a problem with the car but as soon as I notified Curt he took care of it and all expenses. I can't express how grateful I am for him and his help. I'm still very astonished that they really went the extra mile that they did for me.

I'm actually really disappointed it's come to this. I went to Curt, the owner, after I found a Honda Civic he'd posted on Craigslist. When we got there we were helped within 5 minutes. I'd reviewed the Carfax before getting to the lot. Usually when you're car shopping you spend a few hours going over everything. Curt had me in and out in like an hour. He was very detailed and friendly. Great salesman. The customer service was great BEFORE I purchased the vehicle, though that was the extent of it. 4 days after driving off the lot, the car isn't starting. At all. My husband and I investigated a little bit and find the alternator needs to be replaced. I call Curt and am looking for some kind of solution. I figured, his customer service was great, he seemed genuine in getting me and my family into a reliable vehicle from his lot, which he takes so much pride in. As I explain the situation, what I expected was a peaceful response, even if he had no suggestions for me. A simple "sorry I can't help you" would have sufficed. Instead, he flipped his [non-permissible content removed]. He started yelling at me about how it's not his problem. I figured since his customer service was great that he would give me an idea as what I could do. Apparently, customer service is 5 stars until you drive off the lot. Then, you and the car you purchased is no longer his problem. 2 stars. One for customer service before purchasing the vehicle and one for the effort made to help me out. Even if his solution was absolutely ridiculous. He suggested I take the not running vehicle more than 20 miles out of my way to his mechanic and pay half of the cost to get the car running again. Yea right. My dad and uncle, both mechanics, suggested I no longer do business with Curt and not trust his mechanic. So now the car I bought from CB Credit King is in my uncles shop being diagnosed with more issues than what we thought. Bright side, It's a Honda. Can be fixed. Thankfully I'm not stuck making payments. Though I am down almost $5k. But it was definitely NOT worth that much. Had I known what was really going on under the hood I would have offered maybe $2k. I personally do not recommend purchasing from this dealership. I've even removed the ad from the plates. If you do go to CB Credit King, Curt is your guy. He'll get you into the car you want but take your own mechanic.

I filled out an online application for one of their cars and I was called within two hours. A Very Nice guy named Curt called and asked to explain my situation to him. I had bought a terrible Mustang and needed a new car. I didn't have very much credit, but they worked with me. For four days we battled together to find a car loan and today I am walking out of here with a beautiful car. CB Credit King has a great team here and very friendly. They never gave up and never decided it would be too much work or too hard to find me a loan. On top of that, they referred me to a different insurance company to get me a lower rate for my new vehicle. That ended up saving me more than $100. I had a great experience with these people and would do it all over again. I would recommend coming here. Even if you think your credit isn't enough to get a loan because at CB Credit King you matter and they will do everything they can for you.

I filled out an online application, thinking I would never really hear back from any one. just a couple hours, a very charming gentleman called me back. Eric, asked me if I was still interested in the 2008 Ford Escape I had applied for. I told him I was currently at another dealership and would have to get back to him. Even after that, he was so polite. Asked me what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and a couple other questions. Next thing I know, I get a text saying he can MAKE THAT HAPPEN!!! And, he did! I got exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it! In just a few hours, I was driving away in my new truck! I could not be happier!!!!

Needed a car, we were looking for the same car we had before our accident. After searching for many days and calling around, looking for the same car at the same value, we found CB Credit King had the car we wanted so we stopped in to see the Acura MDX. There was no high pressure sales tactics or over baring salesman, Eric helped us find the car we had seen on the website, opened the doors and asked us to turn it on. Eric was in no hurry, he gave us the key let us talk and inspect the car while he stepped away. after a good ten minutes Eric returned and asked if we had any questions. In our situation we were in need of security, we needed to get our car to our mechanic before making the deal and CB Credit King worked with our unique circumstances, helping us get into the car we wanted. Negotiations were calm and professional, everything was taken into consideration. I really appreciate the help we were given with none of tha added pressure. My credit is not the best and that was not an issue, because of CB Credit King. We left in the car we wanted while getting the best deal possible.

I just relocated to Seattle from other country and needed an affordable first car in the US. I have a family and there was an urgent need of a good family SUV. It was very easy and convenient to find Curt's dealership on the Internet (I used Graigslist web-site). The advertised cars were also on the web-site of the dealership. A lot of details and useful pictures were provided, so I was able to easily find a car of my long dream (Honda Pilot). The dealership is close to Seattle and they work on the weekends (including Sunday!). So, I went there on Sunday and found the chosen car present and even at the lower price. A car was presented professionally and the quality of car was good. They even repaired some issue for free. I'm especially satisfied by a credit they provided right out of the box. My bank did not want me to buy inexpensive car, so I had to somehow find another credit in a day or so. The dealership has a close partnership with a credit organization and they gave me a credit even because I'm new to the USA and haven't received my first salary! So, I finished the process of searching and buying a car in just 2 days! Nice car - works great! Highly recommend the dealership to everybody.
