Go check them out!

by Happily_Rogue on 03/19/2015

Buying a car is a an anxiety inducing experience and walking into a high pressure dealership who plays games makes it even more difficult. I have had those experiences, but my recent experience at Yonkers did not go that way. We called earlier in the week and made and appointment with Cesar who immediately made us feel comfortable. We took a car out for a test drive while Rochelle looked at our truck to determine a buy back price. She came back to us with a very fair offer (unlike the Nissan place down the road where we had started our morning) and we negotiated the buyback and then moved on to the the business of getting a new car. We then began working with Karl, who took us for another test drive and answered all of our questions. We further negotiated a price for the new car and Yonkers honored the truecar price for the transaction. Karl spent a great deal of time going over all the the features in the car and showing us how to find needed information in the users manuals. Melanie, then got us through the financing as quickly as possible while carefully explaining warranty and gap insurance options. Finally, as we were getting ready to leave, we noticed that our new fully loaded SUV did not have floor mats. Jimmy threw in a set of weathertech mats just because he is such a nice guy! In the four days since we bought the car, both Cesar and Karl have called and emailed to thank us for our business and make sure that we don't have any questions. We LOVE our new car and really appreciate the exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in the door to the present. Thank you.

Avoid !

by alanford05 on 02/23/2015

I went to Younker Nissan to buy a specific car they advertised on their web site and a few other sites as well. Not only did they not have the car they advertised, they were also rude about it too. The sales people have no basic manners. As you come to the parking lot, sales people start yelling at you, "Over here!" and waving their hands like it's [non-permissible content removed] rodeo. I buy/trade at least one car a year and go through many dealerships, but this is something out of this world. This is the place where rednecks and hillbillies are buying [and selling] cars. If you have any self-respect and dignity, you will avoid this place.

Excellent Sales Experience!

by agumina on 08/31/2013

We just left Younker Nissan with our new 2013 Altima SV and could not be happier. Dimitris our salesman, Rochelle the sales manager, Melanie the finance manager, and Mike the general manager were all literally the NICEST people we have ever encountered at a car dealership... EVER. We live in Bellevue, and after having a "typical" dealership at the local Nissan dealership we decided to search google and visit another dealership based on customer ratings. I cannot express how worth it driving the extra few miles to Renton was. We showed up last night at 7:30pm, and even though they close at 8pm Dimitris, Rochelle, and Melanie all stayed until 9pm to help us and they were all nothing but pleasant the entire time. The negotiations were kept to a minimum, and were anything but stressful. We told them what we wanted and within 20 minutes had a deal. There was NEVER point in time where we felt we were being taken advantage of. If you are looking for a new car, do yourself a favor and go to YOUNKER NISSAN in Renton. Ask for Dimitris, [non-permissible content removed]. You won't find a better experience anywhere.

by margaretp2 on 09/18/2012

Not only did I get a GREAT deal, I did not have to go back and forth, I was given a great quote online which was honored in person. The overall experience was wonderful and I would buy from this dealership again.

Younker Nissan did it again!

by ssullivan1 on 12/18/2011

Having been a former client of Younker Nissan in Renton, naturally I called on them to assist me with the purchase of a new 2012 Altima S sedan. While, other dealerships in the area claimed to be the "biggest", Younker Nissan proved to be one step ahead of the competition by carrying in their inventory the exact car my wife and I were looking for : Tuscan Sun with the 20th anniversary package. From the time we arrived on their lot, Jacob, Jason, Mike, and Melanie went out of their way to insure that we received the best possible deal on our new car. At no time did we feel pressured. In fact, Jason helped to steer us into a better financing package. And, we took advantage of their lifetime oil/filter program which will pay for itself in only 6 service visits. This is the 5th new Nissan vehicle I've either bought or been indirectly responsible for purchasing. And, each time Younker Nissan delivered impeccable service and professionalism. If you are in the market for a new mid-sized sedan, check out the 2012 Altima at Younker Nissan in Renton. They will have the car you are looking for with a price to fit your budget. My wife and I are especially pleased with the performance of the product and the friendliness of the staff.

Stay Away! Very dishonest.

by joeshmo1 on 05/10/2011

I looked at a used car here which I liked. When I asked to allow a mechanic to look at the vehicle given the previous accident history they became very aggressive and started pushing documents at me to sign (all of which had a much higher price on them than advertised) and when I was unwilling to sign without allowing the vehicle to be seen by a mechanic the manager came out and said someone else was ready to buy the car. No one else was in the dealership and no one on the phone. I called later in the day and no one else was looking at the car. They had outright lied to me to pressure me into buying. Their fishy behavior and fear of outsiders seeing their wares makes me very concerned about the quality of their products. Beware!

Good buying experience

by dadiwan on 04/24/2011

Bought new from the internet sales dept. First off, if you walk in through the front door don't expect anything other than the salesman you are the next 'up' for which is hit or miss. Get a quote via the web and meet with the internet sales team and you will have a way better buying experience. Planning to go back and buy an Altima, will post that rating next. Have had service done there for 5 years and rate that very high. Cost is probably higher than a good private shop, but I have free loaner car which offsets the cost and is very convenient.

If you value your time and don't like being jerked around DON'T go to Younk

by amyc1 on 10/05/2010

I found the car I wanted on the internet in their stock. I wanted to give Younker a shot at selling the car so I called to see if they'd match another dealer's price. They would not agree to the price match over the phone and said I had to come down and see the car. So I took 2 hours out of my work day to accommodate the dealership's request. When I got there I was surprised to learn the car I wanted... the one they demanded I come look at was not there. Turns out someone at the dealership had been driving it as his own but they'd be happy to still sell me the brand new 2011 car with 480 miles on it. My disappointment continued when the 'guy in the office' came out and tried to scare me out returning to the Everett Nissan dealership telling me I shouldn't buy a car from the other Nissan dealership because "they might not be here tomorrow". I was further when Younker Nissan located the exact car I wanted at a dealership in Tacoma, snatched it up so I could only buy it from them, and wouldn't release it to the Nissan dealership in Edmonds that I had a positive experience with. I was about to contact the BBB for Younker impeding my purchase of the car when the Nissan dealership in Edmonds found another car for me. Be forewarned... Younker Nissan will waste your time and could possibly make it very difficult for you to buy the car you want from anyone else!!!

2008 Nissan Frontier LX 4X4

by cessna100 on 04/10/2008

Initial contact and buying process was very positive. The negotiation process was very light and I offered them invoice price from my credit union web site. Their invoice price match within $20.00. They did not try to add any additional costs. However, the process went south after the sale was final. Through a internal miss communication between the new car sales manager and the used car sales manager, they reneged on our agreement on a motorcycle that I sold to a Harley dealer myself. They where to hold the bike but went ahead and sold it. For more money then I negotiated with the Harley dealer. I asked how much more the used car sales manager was unable to remember the exact amount. Now, they refuse to correct the problem. I asked for the addition profit be applied to our deal, the used car sales manager laugh to my face. Very insulting. We have your money, now get out, was the message extended to me. The vehicle came from the factory with missing parts. That is become a problem also. See vehicle reviews.
