I just wanted to say that I had a great experience here at Younker Mitsubishi. Jay the sales manager made me a very happy customer and was able to give me some discounts on additional accessories that I wanted to get installed. Michael & Anastasia in sales were a lot of help when it came down to deciding which vehicle I really wanted. It was a toss up between the SE Lancer that has AWD or the Outlander Sport SE with AWD. I ended up going with the sport. Its a great vehicle and I am so happy with the experience I had here. I will recommend all of my friends and family members here. Last place I went the staff was a little rough around the edges and I didn’t like that. If you want a nice easy experience, then go to YOUNKER Mitsubishi in RENTON!!!! THANKS GUYS!

These guys are great. Got a call from Mike, he told me to come down and check out the Outlander Sport Edition. When I got there Mike was busy so Stasi helped me. I found a car and they showed me invoice and even gave me a better price than tmv. Easiest purchase ever. I would suggest that the paperwork lady hurries up, it took some time.

I just recenty purchased an outlander sport from younker and let me tell you I couldnt be any happier. I worked with Mike and he was so nice. I came in right before they closed on a sunday and I had this big f150 that nobody would give me a fair price on. Mike here made it happen he worked for me to get me the best price. I have never had a better experience before. Needless to say I am the proud.new owner of a 2012 outlander sport. I even got navigation and auto start installed at a great price. I will tell everybody about them here at younker!

They wont let you test drive the new lancer. If I'm spending 40 grand, I should be able to test drive. They also use classic hard sell techniques. I'll got buy an Audi or bmw. Both those dealers let me test drive much more expensive cars, I'll be buying from one of them and not a Mitsubishi.

I did my research online and saw that they stock a lot of Lancers. After I showed up the sales guy showed me everything from the DE to Ralliart model. I told them that I wasn't buying today and they still let me drive the vehicles which wasn't the case at the Honda dealership. I'll definitely buy the Lancer from Younker after I get my money.

I was given the run around by several other dealerships, so I looked on line and found Younker Mitsubishi in Renton Wa. I called them up and told them the situation I was in, and they asked if I wanted to stop by and show them my trade in (2009 Lancer GTS). I said sure and stopped by the next day. Mike S. in sales was pretty optimistic even though my credit wasn't the best, and Andy in the finance Dept. worked like the dickens, and what do you know they helped me get into the car of my realistic dreams (2010 Lancer Rallyart). Two days later, I found a Blemish in the paint on the hood, so I brought the car back in and they said it's under warrenty. So at this moment the car's hood is getting repainted and that paint is also under warrenty. I couldn't have been happier, with the sales, finance or service dept's. They all have been great!
