Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Thank you to the sales team at Korum Ford for providing me the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I have owned my current vehicle as long as I have because I dreaded walking into the a dealership showroom to begin the "negotiation". The Korum team did an excellent job and we got right to the point to come to a deal that worked for everyone...without the "negotiation". I left with a smile, versus anxiety. I would most definitely recommend the Korum Ford Team to anyone I know that is looking for a new car.

Just Fine

We had no issues here. Not sure why the two nay-sayers say what they did, however, we were at the Mitsubishi dealership. The staff went out of their way and there was not a bunch of haggling. We went in told them what we wanted to pay and they made it happen. Of course they had to haggle a little bit because that makes car-buying a challenge :) But when it was all said and done, they got it done. We didn't feel pushed or pressured. We could have walked away at any time. I met the service department manager and all was well. The car was cleaned up just fine. The floor mats were missing, but they made it good and ordered us new ones. Every detail was covered and honestly, it was a fine experience. Going to car dealers is not my favorite thing to do in all honesty, but when I would go back to Korum Mitsubishi

Rude

Recently me and my wife visited Korum Ford and were not at all happy with our service or the sales staff, the words pushy, harassing, annoying, unprofesssional all come to mind. Recomend you stay away!!!

Detail?

When purchasing my used vehicle the salesman indicated the car would go to detail while we signed papers; the interior was a mess and the exterior felt gritty. We received the car after signing; it was washed (still gritty) and the inside smelled like a urinal biscuit. There was so much cleaner wiped on the leather seats that I had to wash the seats several times to reduce the odor to a level that was tolerable. The carpet stains remained and the dash was never touched, it had grime and dust in every orifice. The salesman said to schedule a new detail appointment. I couldn't wait, I cleaned the dash and did a bit of vacuuming; I didn't clear the stains on the carpet. A couple weeks later the 'detail' was done during a warranty repair. Again they just washed it with waxy soap (still gritty) and used a can of carpet cleaner on the stained mat. They left the can under a towel in the back seat for some reason.....maybe I was suppose to finish the job. While shopping for my next vehicle I have refrained from visiting their website or lot.
