onRainier dodge will go out of there way. there was a mess up on some docs banks fault and they drove from olympia to maple valley just for me. I also was in out of the dealership with in a hour very easy! most car deals take me 4-5 hours. not rainier dodge! I highly recommend ask for Rose or Gregg!

Horrible

onFrom the first conversation to the last word it was not good. Felt extremely pressured and got passed around to 4 different people while trying to buy a car. Tried telling me a car blue booked for 5K more than what it really did. I can say this is a spot to avoid because a couple days later I went to a dealership down the road and was treated amazingly. If you want to feel like your being mislead then go to Rainier Dodge.

ONE OF THE FEW DEALERS YOU CAN TRUST FOR A CAR

onThis is the third car we have purchased from the dealership. I was going to buy a different brand but was treated so poorly, I decided to come back to Rainier Dodge where I knew they would get me what I wanted for a fair price and not try to jerk me around. As always, I had an excellent car buying experience, got more than I wanted and was treated with respect. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Do business with Rainier Dodge and be disappointed

onI tried to buy a vehicle from them. We agree on a vehicle that they would have to do a dealer trade on. They called the other dealer that had the vehicle and confirmed they had it to trade. We gave them a check and waited for our new car to arrive. 3 days later I called them to find out the status. The said that the car we agreed on was no longer available and for $3000 more I could have a similar car. They insisted that it would cost $3000 more to get the same car that we already agreed on. I went and got my check back. This was classic bait and switch. We worked a deal and then they said to get what we had agreed on would be $3000 more. There was no misunderstanding, this was a bait and switch. I bought the same car from a competitor for the original price, no problem.
