Lexus of Seattle

Great service and purchasing experience at Lexus of Seattle. The staff I interacted with (front reception, sales reps, Steve C. and Patrick C., finance and service staff) were professional and a pleasure to work with. I will preface this with the fact that I have owned a Lexus prior to this experience, purchased from a different car lot, and have had nothing but great customer service when I've used the Lexus of Seattle - Service dept.. That experience is probably what led me to purchase my next Lexus from Lexus of Seattle. I am one of those who does weeks if not months of car research before I get on the car lot as I don't want to waste time being distracted by cars I know do not meet my criteria. I was looking for a used RX350 and knew my price range. I had seen on an internet search a used RX350 show up at Lexus of Seattle so I sent an internet inquiry and Patrick C. was quick to respond on the status within a couple of hours. The next day I happen to be in that end of town near Lexus of Seattle with my husband, and with no intention of buying a car that afternoon, turns out sales rep, Steve C., found the right car for me. It was same car seen on the internet. There was never any sales pressure, granted I knew what I was looking for and Lexus vehicles pretty much sell themselves - the experience was no hassle and quick. The car was so new on the lot that it had not been detailed yet but the service team quickly did a wash and clean out so it was at an acceptable level of cleanliness for me to drive away and return another day for detailing. I appreciated most not having to deal with the stereotypical "cheesy car salesman". Steve and Patrick were genuine, professional and pleasant to work with. I've had some "cheesy car salesman" experiences with other car lots in the area which I prefer to stay away from. Lexus of Seattle has not let me down yet. We were in and out of there in less than 2.5 hours.
