Bad Customer Service

onArrived on site to look at the IS 250. Dan came out and asked if I had some questions. I asked him if they have any IS 250 with just the F-sport package, he told me no. I then asked him why would the lexus website allow me to build one if they don't make it. He said he didn't know and told me to research and come back, he gave me his card and left. He never let me look at the interior or sit inside the car. He spent about a minute with me and left. He probably didn't think I was a serious buyer. Worst customer service i've had at a dealership. I went to them instead of bellevue because of the high ratings online, but I guess all those ratings were BS. Wouldn't recommend.
