We stopped in without an appointment looking for a new, end of season, 2011 Santa Fe. Sales person, Kami Alexander, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, found a vehicle that met our specifications, and let us set the pace and direction of the discussion that lead to a sale. There was no pressure - it was more like a conversation with both parties exchanging information and asking questions. We got a good deal with the new vehicle and our trade-in. As with any such negotation, it is important to do the research beforehand to know the true market value of the trade-in, to know what incentives are available for the new vehicles, test drive different makes, and to know what your bottom line is.
