Lee Johnson Kia

Overall, I was very pleased with Lee Johnson Kia, as well as Lee Johnson Chevrolet. At Lee Johnson Kia, Kenny Jakel (Sales Manager), Payman Hakimi (Salesman) and Don Kingsley (over the phone) - all were extremely helpful and honest. They were fair and transparent in their handling of our car purchase. Rarely, can I say this about a dealership?! My only recommendation for them is to obtain more financing personnel as they were sharing too few people at the time we needed to finalize all paperwork. All Lee Johnson dealerships were slammed at that moment and the delay was painfully slow. I would think there is a way to make that process more expedited - although I have never seen it in the countless car purchases I have made (not all here). Otherwise, bring a book or your iPad. The sales staff did do everything they could to make the delay be as pleasant as possible, offering refreshments and such. Despite this, my fiance and I were extremely pleased with this dealership's representation. Thank you.
