Back in July 2021. My sister told me I need to get a new car. I got a car from my late father (12-30-2019). And it was an 2008 Lexus Es 350 with 60,500 miles on it. And it was time for a new one. So my brother helped pick a good car that my family would like. So I met my brother at Rodland Toyota and I got a 2021 Highlander Le. I was happy with it. Very nice SUV. Service was Great!! Daryl was Great! I haven't bought a car since 1989. But my 2008 Lexus Es 350 was sold to my nephew and his wife and there child and so far they love the Lexus I only had it a year and I got a new SUV. If you need a Toyota guys. Go there! Everything went smooth. Very nice place. You get a car or suv there. They would wax it, clean it inside and out a free tank of gas too. But if you are in or around Lynnwood or Everett and you need a Toyota go see them. Thanks Guys!! Good Job!!

This is our third lease with Rodland. They are always super nice and helpful. Very straight forward and no BS. We will continue to be a customer as long as they are around. We also recommend them to everyone we know that is ever looking for a car.

Mike P. Was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past with other dealerships and sales associates. Mike was recommended to me, the friend who recommended Mike said she also had horrible experiences at other Dealerships like sitting there for 7 hours, having your credit Shotgunned. She said not with Mike he had her at the time in 2015 brand new car in less than an hour. Mike gave me the same star quality service. Eased my mind, was truthful extremely professional 45 plus years in the biz showed. The Finance manager, the manager who signed my deal were just as knowledgeable and professional. After I got my car I told a ton of friends ,come to find out another friend bought a car there recently. The sales rep delivered her car to her on Whidbey Island due to COVID, so she wouldn’t have to leave the the Island too many times. I’ve got great warranties, free maintenance for a year! Rodland out services any place I’ve ever been to. They have a lifetime customer relationship in me. They give you that home business feel. You don’t feel like just another Sale for them! If you have any doubt and your simply just tired of being jerked around call Mike P. If you want the home feel with Nordstrom’s/Starbucks quality service go to Rodland in Everett. 👍👍👍👍👍🤝

I would like to start by saying the sales person was excellent. I will find his name and update my post. The finance department was good as well - paid cash. Mechanical issue started on drive 3 of used car. I did buy extended warranty and the transmission issue was not covered. I do believe this issue had to be present at some point while on the lot for sale.

The staff at Rodland Toyota are amazing: incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt supported during the entire experience from the sales team to finishing with the finance team. Even the parts department. I can not say enough good things about this dealership. They keep you informed about how long the process will take, options of different vehicles, sales incentives, etc. I recommend to all my family and friends. FYI: I bought a Certified Used Toyota Tundra and traded a vehicle and am extremely happy with everything.

Rod, Vern and Frank were very helpful to me with my situation. I was recently involved in a car accident (thankfully no injuries) and my vehicle was totaled. They were able to show me what I may expect to receive for my previous car, and worked with me regarding the timing of payment from the insurance company. I am very grateful for their patience with me as I processed needing to purchase another car so soon after just paying off my now totaled vehicle, one which I thought I would have for may years. Now I'm hoping my newly purchased pre-owned Acura will step into that spot.

I decided to trade in my 10-years old RAV4 and purchase a new. Upon my arrival at Rodland i was greeted by someone, and then walked on to be greeted by Jordan, who worked with me on the trade in and purchase of my new car. Jordan was personable, polite, explained features on the car, and really built a relationship in the time that I was at the dealership. I would say it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I chose Rodland Toyota because they were close to my home, and out of all the nearby Toyota/Scion dealerships they had some of the better reviews. I'm glad I chose them because the reviews did not let me down! Jordan helped me find a new Scion that managed to be a perfect fit not only for what I wanted in features, but for my financial needs as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and I didn't feel pressured at all. I had never been to Rodland Toyota but wanted to look at some Toyota models. I had a great experience. Very informative sales staff - see Colin if you go there. No pressure. Answered questions. Compared models I was interested in. Talked options I was interested in. Compared pricing. Worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Thorough review of vehicle before driving off. Took the time necessary with me. New cars are much more complex than what I had. We will shop here again when my husband is ready for a new vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Rodland after receiving news that my 11 year old Prius required expensive repairs. I had been researching trucks for several months and was familiar with what was available. I did need assistance in homing in on the best trim level and options to meed my needs and wants. My spouse and I were looking for a new vehicle and had selected 5 models we were interested in. We made the rounds to the dealerships for test drives and found Mike at Rodland was the only sales rep that really showed us the features of the vehicle we were driving. We told him upfront we had 4 more vehicles to try. He understood and there was no pressure. I recently purchased a certified 2012 Tundra over the phone working with Russell, since I live a distance away in Beaverton, OR. Working with him and a manager we even worked the deal on my trade-in over the phone. Everything was smooth, easy and as expected when I arrived to finalize and transact the deal.
